Dealt with a kind gentleman who gave me a fair price on my guitar and guitar pedal. Explained how the loans worked in a quick and easy to understand process.Would definitely go back to this shop.

First time ever using this type of service and only due to a month end shortfall. What a bunch of scam artists. Went to their 16th Avenue location. Cheap, miserable owner (?), if you can call him that, managing the place. Showed up on time to claim my item and asked if I could see my camera first before paying to make sure everything was as I had given it to them. They refused to even bring my camera out before they had my cash in their greedy hands and had walked off with it. $60 charge for a one month $200 pawn loan on a high end camera that is currently selling online for over $700 used. Not sure where these positive reviews come from but I would steer clear of their 16 Avenue location. Will never be going back and certainly won't recommend them to anyone for a pawn loan or purchase. Ugly looking store as well with crappy prices that are two or three times what they are getting the items for on pawn. Can't imagine anyone buying anything there given the complete lack of concern they have for those who are paying customers (which I was...past tense). Considering you can get a $300 Loan for $30 at many of the local loan sharks what they charge for the amount they give amounts to highway robbery.

Totally dysfunctional. Employee can only list all the things they don't do. Which pretty much covers everything that describes what a pawn shop is.

The guys over at this pawn shop have gone above and beyond with excellent service. We bought a Canada goose jacket for my girlfriend a couple years ago and she still loves it. She says it's so warm. A few months ago we bought a bracelet and as we all know everything is used there and you buy things with taking chances. Never the less the bracket failed. (Not the pawn shops fault at all). So we went back to the store not knowing what would happen. We spoke with one of the guys there and he said he would have to let another person look at the bracket from another store and so we left it with them. We got a phone call shortly after and the bracelet was fixed and looked so good. I was shocked with the service. My girlfriend was so happy to see the bracelet back on her wist cause it is a very nice bracelet. I would hope people see this review and even the people from the pawn shop. Thank you guys at the Quick Cash Pawn Shop so much for the help and being so nice about everything. I will support you guys whenever I can and you'll see more of me soon.

John and Kathy we're very Welcoming as I walked onto the store. I asked if I could pawn a item that was very close to me and they gave me an wonderful amount that I needed to fix my car. Thank you guys do much for helping.

Definitely a trash business once again please don't support these clown by bringing your stuff no proper customer service then what killed me is like they force you to take back your stuff GUY believe it or not it part of your business

Saw an add for Starfox Zero for WiiU on Facebook marketplace. Reasonably priced at 15$. When I arrived I found all of their Wii U titles to be too well priced to pass up a buy 3 get one free deal!I will definitely be back, so stock up guys!

Bought a senco nail gun here for $200The very next day when I get to work I find out that the gun misfires constantly.Came in after work today to sort it out and I’m told they can’t do anything and toCome back tomorrow after 10.Obviously I can’t, I work.That’s why I’m here at 730 pm.PLEASE don’t waste your money on tools here, if the tool turns out to be junk they won’t help you.

We went here looking for a guitar and wow, were we in luck. Lucas was able to help us find exactly what we wanted, and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the guitars they had for sale. I would recommend stopping in to have a look around, as the staff are easy going and not high-pressure.

well i can not thank kathy and john enough for always being there in times i need a break they are always so good to me and always so fair i would recommend this store to any who needs to be treated fairly .they are fantastic!Kathy is a pleasure to deal with. She always gets me top dollar when I am tight for cash. I have dealt with this company for years. She is one of the best employees I have dealt with and she is always very kind to me.
