They came and did some work on the heat pump which was great service. But we ended up needing a thermostat and Module for our heat pump. Called them twice to get a quote, they told me they will get back to us with a quote. Never did!!!! I called today and told them I need a quote and that I will wait on hold. They continued to push they will get back to me with a quote, so I went elsewhere.

Hired this company to do a cleaning on both my ductless mini splits in my house. Maurice attended and did a great job.Booking our appointements was really easy and prices were decent.Update: Used again PHD eco air in August, 2021. Great, professional, friendly team. They always answer your call, and send a tech as soon as they can.My mini split was not working at all last year, the guys came over and were very knowledgable and quick at finding the issue. They even took their boots off at the door!

I am totally disappointed with the lack of concern of the people in your organization. I have made many phone calls and even left a few voice mails about a problem that I have with a ENVIRO HRV System (Model : ENV-K8) I was told that someone would get in touch with me and THAT SOMEONE has not called me as yet. It has been more than 3 weeks.If there was some place to record customer satisfaction for your company, I would gladly do that now. All I wanted to know was if the system can be serviced or does it need to be replaced.

Needed servicing for my mini-split, it kept leaking inside the house due to improper installation. Called PHD Eco-Air rather than the installer; the PHD crew came and fixed the issue and serviced it, very reasonable price, efficient service; no more issues with the mini-split. Very satisfied; highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of dealing with both divisions of this company in 2021 Phd EcoAir (maintenance on home mini split ) and Excel Services 95 (install of new mini split at cottage) and they have yet to disappoint!!
