The meal plan was repetitive, expensive, time restricted and not remotley nutritious. In my freshman year here I gained a lot of weight, hemroids and had a unprecedented acne breakout because of the greasy food. After leaving St Paul's I lost the weight and my skin cleared up in about one month. The administration was soo rude and condescending. My neibours had the loudest sex I've ever heard. On many nights I would be studying to the sounds of bed springs and a woman yelling f*** me harder!". They were constantly under construction

Came as a group of seniors to cycle in the area. Found room clean, comfortable, and all we required. Staff friendly. Efficient billing and payment procedure.

Good accommodation, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area for our cycling group. Food was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome!

A great student resident with good people in charge. Excellent sense of community with tonnes of pride!

The tenants in this building do not follow any rules. They make noise and do not respect the quite hours. The St Paul's responsible office does not try to change this very bad situation and unfortunately the problems remain unsolved. Avoid this place if you want to sleep and study. The floors are old and when the people of the above units walk you hear everything. The common areas (lounge, tv room) are not locked at the quite hours and the apartments next to these areas suffer......from noise. The corridors always smell food and in the past many fire alarm problems were observed. The elevator (only 1) takes too much time to be used. During the winter the building is very very cold. The thermostats in the units are set to a certain temperature and it cannot be increased. Every year the price of the rent is increased and the services are decreased. I have no good things to say....about this building.

Do not live here. There are more affordable, cleaner condos with more convenient bus service close to campus.- The rooms are very small (similar size to luxe at 333 king but much poorer condition). It is really cold in the winter since the highest temperature is fixed (hydro is free). I really would rather to pay the bills than freezing inside.- The corridor always smells like fish.- The reception people clearly do not know how to do things properly since May 2017. I lost parcels twice.- The person (building manager?) in charge is very rude, unprofessional. He creates toxic atmosphere by yelling at tenants

Fantastic, closely knit community focused on promoting great relationships between all students and the staff that work there. The food is absolutely wonderful, and the full meal plan provides you with 5 meals a day! Definitely worth the obligatory steep cost of living in residence for your first year of university. Updated facilities and a homey feel to the buildings make you miss the place after you've left. Great memories made here!

I booked a room for this summer and it has been cancelled with no reason, no alternative proposal. This is not professional nor respectful.

Nice location and nice food. But if you ever made payment without proof, you are likely to get fined again even if you did pay. You will be forced to pay again having your course selection for the next term as a hostage. You have to abide by their demand without any transparent investigation that you can know and then you have to pay because a person there just simply said they investigated". And they will not tell you that you have to pay for like half a year later after you probably don't remember all the things that had occurred.If you try to prove
