I had a new bed and box spring delivered to my house. I was away my wife asked the delivery people to move the old mattress to the garage. They said they weren’t allowed to do that. If you provide delivery you should move the old mattress to another location. They were ok to move it to the closet but weren’t ok to take it to the garage attached in the house.

Worst customer experience ever at both Saint John and Fredericton . They’re not even trying to be nice , pick up your game you clowns! Please for the love of god don’t buy anything from these goons, if you want to be treated poorly and have rude sales man with no sweet clue this is the place for you. If I could use more harsh words to describe this company I would. Thank <3

Unfortunately the sofa we purchased didn't fit through our apartment door and had to be sent back. We did not like anything else at the store so we decided to take the refund. We were told that the refund will be processed right away. The next day, the refund was still not on the card. I called to see if there were any issues, as they had a different credit card number on file for us than the one we actually paid with. I was laughed at by the woman who answered the phone. Apparently I should know that the credit card company takes 2-4 days to process a refund. The laughing continued while I said to her that it would have been nice to know this and i was trying to tell her that there was an issue with having a different card on file, but she said call the credit card company and hung up on me. Customer Service is terrible and will leave you feeling stupid.

I called when the store opened first thing Feb 27,2023. I was directed to Beth as she was the salesperson for appliances. I had seen a stove I wanted on the website but it wasn’t in stock. Beth offered to find me an equivalent fee to choose from. Called me back with the sku for each of them. I looked and called her back told her the one I wanted and she went above and beyond to get it delivered the next day. She explained all the rules for paying over the phone and what would be required of me when they delivered. Offered to send me a receipt on email. She was absolutely wonderful. I don’t usually leave reviews because I’ve been very disappointed in customer service lately but Beth showed me what customer service really is. Love my new stove and thank you Beth for the great deal.

I have been waiting 18 weeks for a foam replacement for my chair. Customer service provider Shelly said on December 1 she would contact the company for an update. I have yet to receive any updated information via email or telephone. I have sent follow up emails, but they have not been responded to by customer service at Leon’s. I will no longer be supporting Leon’s or the Brick as it is also owned by Leon’s.

Bought and paid in full for a couch on October 20, while only one of two parts was available. Took that part home and was told the other part would be available end of November". Early December and still haven't heard anything from Leon's. Called and it suddenly was "end of December or maybe even somewhere in January". We said that would be okay if they would deliver that part instead of us picking it up. They refused and didn't offer anything at all
