Great service and grooming. I highly recommend them. My pup always comes out looking fantastic.

Wanted to like this place so much as the staff are friendly and it’s so convenient for us. However, after giving them three tries we’re done. Two quite uneven haircuts for our doodle, which were not a big big deal. But last time we took our girl in for a nail trim, one of her nails was cut to the quick (mistakes happen)… BUT no one told us when we picked her up. I had a previous dog whose nails I used to cut myself and there’s no mistaking when a nail is cut to the quick… it bleeds immediately and a lot.I find it highly irresponsible that no one at the salon/store told us about the nail bleeding - almost like they hoped we wouldn’t notice. If they’re dishonest about this, what else aren’t they telling me about what’s going on with my beloved dog after they take her behind closed doors? Sorry Nice Diggz, just my opinion, but felt I had to share it.

I really wasn't sure if I wanted to leave a review or not but after some consideration I thought it could be beneficial. I brought my (at the time) 9 month old dog here in march, it was his first ever groomers visit. The staff were friendly and the front shop was cute and clean. The cut they gave my dog was good, but unfortunately they clipped the quicks on two of his nails. No one had mentioned anything to me at the point of checkout and I hadn't honestly noticed until I got home and my dog b-lined for our bed and left blood stains on the sheets. The bleeding was quite significant actually and my dog kept lifting his paws up in pain. He actually suffered extremely loose stool for many days following this visit and our vet ran several expensive tests but ultimately diagnosed it as a symptom of high stress likely from this visit to the groomers. I decided that you know, these things happen and I understand it's probably super challenging to clip dogs nails so I decided not to say anything at the time. Prior to this appointment my dog had no issues with my boyfriend and I clipping his nails, trimming his paw pads or fur ourselves. But my dog has unfortunately become absolutely terrified of us clipping his nails or trimming his fur. As I said, I do understand these things happen and I don't doubt this job is very challenging, but I am disappointed no one said anything to me and a result of this visit my dog has fear over something that he never once had an issue with before.

The staff at Nice Diggs are all lovely and professional. They clearly love dogs. My dog loves attending doggy daycare here, and I also bring her to get groomed. They do a wonderful job at both.

I have been grooming my dog here from past 2 1/2 years and I have never experienced such a rude groomer. it was always a very friendly place and we loved bringing our dog Junior here. But it changed from our appointment which was on March 25, 2022 where at that time we complained about our dog's tail being shaved much more than we asked for but we didn't make a big deal out of it! because the receptionist assured us that she will put it in their notes.so we had another appointment today (sept 13th, 2022) where i SPECIFICALLY mentioned to the groomer to LIGHTLY trim juniors tail and use the 7 blade all over (but it was for sure a 10 blade shave). so my partner went to pick up our dog to her surprise that the tail was trimmed more than what we had asked. upon asking, the groomer started educating my partner that how the tail should be in proportion of the entire body! (But i think that i should have a choice of how my dog's tail should look). upon my partner questioning her the groomer said that i never mentioned anything about the tail while drooping him off! (She didn't knew that i was on the phone with my partner while giving her our preference. same was confronted by my partner for the same).After all this we didn't receive any apology from the groomer, instead she just walked off by saying have a nice day". on top of this we didn't even complain about the time she took to groom junior. We love it there! So much so that our pup is the face of the place! He's the doggy in the window ❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience with my pomeranian puppy. She was well taken care of and looked beautiful when she came out.During the Covid crisis they were very responsible in keeping everything safe and clean.

I don't like to speak negatively about a business but unfortunately I was disappointed with my first grooming experience with Nice Diggz Midtown. Today, June 12, I had an appointment and I went to go pick up my dog, she was handed to me and all was fine. Only once I got home and fully analyzed the haircut I noticed that the haircut was not completely what I wanted and not up to the standard I expected. I asked for a light trim, for her face and bottom to be cleaned/trimmed and do not touch her ears as I liked the length. What I got was a shorter trim than expected, uneven face and chest and her ears trimmed. With respect to the length I understand that length can vary as to how little or much is trimmed so even though it's not what I wanted I am ok with that as it will grow. What I felt compelled to write this review about is that regardless of the length, her face and chest is not even. There is a shorter patch in the middle of her chest and her face one side is round and the other is not. For a 3 hour appointment and the amount I paid I expect it to look well done and not feel the need to have to fix anything. It's a disappointing experience and one that because of I will look to get my dog's hair cut elsewhere.

This place is awesome! They did a super great job at Ella's haircut, that I'd attempted a little myself and failed miserably, and they fixed it up and made her look like a proper goldendoodle. Thank you!
