Had a pair of work pants develop an unfortunate rip in an unfortunate place, and needed them for the next day. The nice ladies at Kingsway Tailors went above and beyond, and made sure I had them later that day. Fantastic job, and a good price. Highly recommended!

i told her i would arrive for 5:30 ish and her store was locked with a sign saying “i’ll be back at 7:00” then i come back around 7:15 and she hasn’t returned

I would not recommend. I took a bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress to be altered. I asked when I should pick it up by and was told 2 days before the wedding. I went closer to closing time on the date I was told to pick it up and was told oh sorry

Zippers were fixed on 2 items of clothing. Looks good so far. Only complaint is I drove 20 minutes to pick it up at 10:00 on a Thursday when they were supposed to be open and they were closed, I walked around the mall and returned again at 10:30 and they were still closed. I left and called at 11 and they said they were open. If you can’t open for 10, change the hours on your sign.

I have never dealt with a more rude and disrespectful person. My husband was just explaining what we wanted and the woman was rolling her eyes like a teenage girl, making faces, looking annoyed. It was horrible! Make yourself a favour and don’t go there unless you are a saint and don’t care for rude people.

I recently had a leather jacket altered by Kingsway Tailors in the Kingsway Mall. The service was excellent and the job that was done was to perfection. I sew myself but don't have a heavy duty enough machine to handle such thick leather. It was so well done that it's hard to see where the work was done. I would not hesitate to recommend this business as they are top notch. This is by far the best tailor I have ever used over all my years.

While they did a good job repairing a broken zipper on my bag, it took longer than stated. They told me it would be done by the afternoon the same day I dropped it off. It wasn't ready at 4PM that day. They told me it would be done the next morning. I returned at noon the next day, and it wasn't ready. Finally got it back the following day at 4PM.

Needed a quick fix on 3 pants. Was 25 minutes before closing... I got there at 15 minutes later and 15 minutes later, right at closing...I got my pants and they fixed them really good. Very appreciative of the last minute service. Charger Dave
