The experience with Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd has been an excellent one from beginning to end. Frank returned my call within a few hours of my leaving a voicemail. He made an appointment to see, in person, the chimney in need of repair. Within a few days, Frank provided a quote and a sample brick which matched the existing 49 year old brick perfectly. In very short order, Frank and his team repaired the chimney and it looks fantastic. Throughout the process, Frank and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain what was being done. Once the job was completed, they left everything in a broom swept condition. I would highly recommend Frank & Sons Masonry Ltd. It has been a pleasure and we would certainly use their expert services in the future.

I hired Frank and sons to replace the window ledge and replace / repair all the deteriorated brickwork under the window ledge on my large front bay window. The quality of workmanship and the look of the finished product was very important to me as this bay window is a large part of the curb appeal of my home. Frank and his team exceeded all my expectations. He and his team are highly skilled, punctual, honest, very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone needing masonry work done. The work he did on my house looks fantastic!

Frank restored our unused crumbling chimney stack and shoulder piece with solid brickwork and a sealed waterproof cap. He communicated clearly throughout the process so we knew what to expect and when the work would be done. There were no surprises. Although our 40 year old brick was a discontinued size, finish and colour palette, Frank found brick to match, cut and installed it aesthetically for a seamless finish. We appreciated the excellent quality of workmanship, the attention to detail, and the artistry of the finished work.

Hired Frank & Sons to replace all window sill from brick to limestone in my house. From the very first visit to the end, their crew were professional They replaced all the sills within 3 days and the quality of the work was excellent. Job site was kept clean too. I would definitely hire them again for any brick works in my house. One minor note though, the mortar color used on one brick to the left of the sill was not matching to the rest of the house (1st pic). Looks like this particular brick came out and they did not have the right mortar color. Other than that, happy customer here and would recommend them.

We had a brick 2 storey chimney that was crumbling badly. Frank’s team did an amazing job restoring it. In fact they even improved on it to make it last longer than the original! His team arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the job on time, and kept their work area neat and tidy. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to sue them again!

Franks & Sons replaced our brick windows sills (builder install) with solid limestone window sills.Workmanship was excellent. The crew was professional, worked quickly and practiced safe work habits. The job site was kept clean each day and 11 window sills were replaced in 3-4 days.I highly recommend Frank & Sons for any masonry work that you need to do.
