Went there for a Poutine au poulet, ends up they supposedly don’t do that, even though it’s written on their big screen menu. No explanation from the girl who was too busy talking to her friend on the phone (this clearly was not a customer ordering)

Foods always good but always packed and missing gravy/sauce all the time. Delivery times depend on volume of orders, can take anywhere from 20mins to 1.5hrs if you order during eating times

The uber app never moved to ready... stayed in prep... so I waited. why show up... if thefood is not ready. When I arrived, the food had been sitting around. When I tried bringing this up politely (but clearly annoyed), the cashier started getting argumentative with me. There are competitors... I shall take my family (and money) to them.

I guess they spent too much money with the Aucoq purchase or the other way around but the amount of fries have been on the decline for 3 years I’m not calling to complain I’m just posting this for 50 bucks for two boxes delivered it’s unreal

Best chicken in town. Be aware that the price for delivery is more expensive than the price at the counter. Consider at least 45 minutes for delivery time. Cheaper than Benny and Co because it's only take out counter

Do not order from this location. It's disgusting. The fries are burnt and stale. Never again! Order from the one on grand allée instead.
