I have a terrible fear of needles and blood work and last time I got blood taken (10 years ago) I fainted and haven't been back until now and this was THE BEST needle experience I ever had. The lady was so cool and talked to me and kept me talking to the point where I didn't even feel the needle barely or any pain and she did it so quick, I was so grateful. I also was only a walk-in and there was 5 people in front of me and I was in and out in about 40 minutes so was super happy with that as well. You can tell the ladies are on top of things and work so hard to see everyone and I'm so happy I finally found a good place to go now where I will actually look forward to it.

This was the best blood work experience I have EVER had. I didn't catch the name of the lady who drew my blood but she was kind and professional. I can't stress enough how great it was so thank you to her. She truly did a great job and changed my horrible fear of getting my blood drawn after many previous negative experiences. Thank you so much. Reception was also very kind even though they were very busy and my walk in wait time was so short. Overall fast and efficient while being caring.

The slowest Lab I’ve ever been to. Been there for 30 mins, and had only 6 people in line and hasn’t even been helped. I had to leave. Poor ans slow management

The staff are so kind and efficient. My wait time was predicted to be 30 mins but I only had to wait 5. I told them I was anxious and Kilby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Such a great experience!!!

Staff was helpful and efficient. Due to capacity restrictions you may have to wait outside, so be prepared for that. However I rather wait outside for good service.

Everyone who works here is so kind and diligent. I'm always in and out super fast even if I didn't make an appointment.

They chill the disgusting glucose drinks so it's manageable to chug! Really friendly staff.

For the love of God dress warm if you're going in the colder months. I stupidly forgot that there would be very limited capacity to wait inside and was waiting outside for over an hour in sub zero temperatures and I was not dressed warm enough (and very few people in line were). I'm talking wear your winter coat, scarf, hat, good warm boots, and honestly double up on pants. I still can't feel my toes. I hope this review helps inform at least one person to put on an extra layer. I can only imagine how terrible it's going to be once it hits the negative double digits!That being said - the staff were great! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I don't so well with needles and they were very accommodating and patient with me and put me at ease. Very good service!

Not sure why they make you get an apt if they’re going to make you wait with everyone else who does not have one. Not to mention make you wait outside in the heat when pregnant. (Keep in mind I’ve been fasting for 12+ hours). Not really acceptable in my eyes.

I went to Lifelabs for the first time today. I went around 230pm. The staff greeted me when I went in and was super friendly. There was barely a wait. My technician was very kind and it only took her two tries to get blood! I usually have a really hard time and many people need to come in and try and sometimes they aren’t able to get enough blood. Staff were friendly on the way out as well. I will continue going to lifelabs instead of Dynacare where I usually go.
