This location by far had the worst customer experience I've had at a Canadian Tire. The Canadian Tire at Eglinton/Warden and McCowan/Sheppard had told us the Kingston location had the brake rotors in stock that my father was looking for. My father called in the morning and spoke with Jerry or Jared (who looked like a manager with grey/white hair) and he told my father that they had the rotors he was looking for in stock. Not to mention, the two other locations had said this Kingston location had them. There had seem to be a misunderstanding between Jerry and my father and they actually didn't have the rotors in stock and he made it seem like my father was the only one at fault because he doesn't speak English very well. Brandon noticed how irritated I was and went on to say I can't make auto parts appear out of thin air

Nice store. Almost everything you need is here not so busy. Lots of selection and stocks. Lots of parking. Location is good. Price same as other canadian tire stores. Very close to the famous bluffer park. Few staff good service. This location has auto mechanic repair.

Why do you only have one checkout open at all times? and why is that one person at the checkout handling incoming calls and processing returns? you are deliberately running your store under staffed.Edit: thank you for your corporate copy and paste response. I will not be wasting my time to phone your customer service line.

2022 August 4★Canadian Tire is certainly known to have a lot of products. Some great, some less spectacular.... But at least they offer you the selection. Was looking for a specific product and while online, there were 5 available, you really couldn't trust the availability. Called the store and they checked and had two available.Anything 5 or less, call in advance.Otherwise, you might only find disappointment. The store is tightly packed.Garden center, auto center and propane tanks available.Free parking available.

I always see the same auto parts guy there somehow, I don't know if he ever sleeps or ever leaves. Always very helpful and shows me around and brings me to what I need. He is patient with my dumb questions and helps me look up parts that I forgot I needed. I tip my cap to you sir for helping me keep my s box of a second car on the road.

I have visited this store location on two exceptionally disappointing opportunities between 2022 and 2023.My first brush with the incompetence of the store happened with my ordering a mountain bike that needed to be assembled. Silly me to assume it would be done within the two week time frame and to assume the quality of the work. I assumed I could ride the new bike out to test it. Instead, I got flat tires and brakes that were set 30° tilted backward. Effectively, the bike was useless until I had some PROFESSIONALS look into it and fix the dozen issues that came with poor assembly. Not to mention, it took the store an entire month to have the technician actually assemble my bike.My second interaction happened earlier this April 2023 when I was moving from Scarborough to Toronto. We dropped by on a 15-minute visit to get a screw driver, a small toolbox, some cleaning chemicals, and a large brass brush. When we arrived to pay, the brush was missing a barcode, and the employee asked me to get another brush. Those brushes are on the other side of the store to the checkout counter, so I was frozen in shock for a moment in realizing what she meant. I could not believe that she was asking me to drop my purchase and grab an item with a barcode instead of getting a price check from a manager nearby. Furthermore, when we decided not to buy the item, she lectured us about the next time we should get items that we want to buy with barcodes. I've worked in retail environments before, and we had to price adjust a mislabeled product within my 3 year stay. I am fully aware that this employees behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful to us, even though we did not fuss about the item.I really feel that the responsibility for a bare minimum of customer service is on the management staff of each Canadian Tire location. I've never had issues with such consistent recurrence at any other location. I'm honestly let down that I could be treated this way, even when I had already paid or was in the process of paying for items.I urge anyone buying a bicycle that isn't assembled to take it to a smaller scale bicycle store for assembly. They could use the business more than the crooks organizing the under-staffed bike shop.I hope the staff are trained on engaging customers and buyer retention. I will not be returning anytime soon

I have never really had many issues while shopping at our local CT. We did however struggle to return to the auto service department after the initial new management took over. We felt the service had unfortunately gone downhill. However, thankfully that has changed, the auto service centre has improved. I enjoying communicating with one of their service advisors - Lisa Moore(?). She has always been very helpful, and with every vehicle service booking she aims to ensure we receive efficient service for our vehicles within a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I got a horrible experience here:( just bought my first car ever, have asked the previous owner to bring it to here for safety check. They gave her a perfect score saying there is no problem at all, in perfect condition. The car is deliver to me at late night. The next morning when I am excited and jump on my first ride, notice the side mirror is stuck on the highest point and can not be adjusted. Called them and they seems polite and promise to fix it for free. After hiring a driver to work as my car cannot be driven and asked someone to do a 1 hour drive to them, and claim we have no proof is not broken by us??? Rejected to fix it for free so we end up paying it.There is more… once again because I am at work the car is deliver to me at night again. Guess what next morning I notice the side mirror is fixed BUT they didn’t close up over underneath it… and also I don’t know what happen but the airbag on the left is flying out. I am super speechless, try to call and ask about the issue. They just keep annoying my call or give fake promises of saying someone will call u the next day.One week passed still no call. I went to them three times a week and spend a lot more than I should. I don’t know what to say…..this is mind blowing to happen in such a big brand store. I am not bring the car back to pay for their mistake again, every fix I end up having more problem the next time.

One of the most piled up and unorganized stores. When I say unorganized, I mean products just put randomly beside each other just to fill up spaces. So if you don't walk the whole store, you may miss on any offers. Staff was super friendly though.
