Visiting this shop is an eye-opening experience. The textiles and fabrics are prized artwork. As suggested by an employee, some products could become family heirlooms. Dark Green Italian Wools mingle with pale-green linens. Why settle for cheap, mass-produced, poorly manufactured curtains and comforters when you can transform these into useful works of art? The sewing machine which traveled with a Jewish family around the world as they fled political persecution is worth a look...
