Luke efficiently repaired a small leak as well as replacing two broken shutoff valve handles. He also checked our main supply regulator as it had given a high reading at one point - current reading was normal. Luke is an effective communicator and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide advice. Danica was clear and responsive to my email communications both booking the appointment and invoicing. For future plumbing work, I won't hesitate to engage MidCity Plumbers. All the best!

Highly recommended! Called MidCity Plumbers last minute when another local plumbing company informed us that they couldn't work on our unit due to insurance limitations. Danica sent out Damian right away and he did an incredible job hooking up all the plumbing in our new kitchen island, bathroom vanity, and bathroom toilets. He ended up staying after hours to ensure the job was done properly before we left for a trip. Really appreciate the attention to detail and overall care Damian demonstrated with our job. Plan on spreading the word to all our family and friends. Midcity will definitely be our go-to plumbers moving forward!

We had a leak in our bathroom so we called MidCity for the repairs. Stephen was very polite, patient and thorough. He answered all of our questions and his instructor background really shone through. We live in Squamish. Our on demand water heater which also feeds the in-floor heating system quit working. I called every plumber I could find but none had availability for weeks out so I expanded my search beyond Squamish. Found MidCity and got a call back in minutes. Stephen coached me through some things that I could try to remedy but didn't work so he used the pictures I sent him to order parts. His team showed up, fixed the problem, serviced the system and we had hot water and home heating in days not weeks! Bonus was they fixed a leaking tap as well :)I highly recommend Stephen and MidCity team.

Wesley and Toby were able to investigate and repair a burst pipe just hours after we called -- very pleased with their speed and professionalism, and the quality of the repair. They also gave us great advice to manage the existing water damage and prevent the issue in the future.
