Inquired over the phobe on a f150 that was available thur and told them to write up the deal I'll send a deposit, they don't reply to 3 emails I sent them fri and sat. They finally email me tue to tell me it's sold.Terrible customer service when u have a customer offering you 86k on a new truck.

Would like to take this time to write up my overall experience and impression of Village Ford Sales for anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle from this group.Was on the market and looking for my first truck and was very skeptical due to the very poor experiences I have had with previous dealerships in the big city (Toronto). Always felt like I was being pressured and when it came to numbers, there was typically admin fees (+ other fees), warranties included (that I did not request or was even told about until I noticed on the bill), and very pushy sales reps especially through the paperwork process almost as if they didn't want you to notice the additional costs/fees and would make you feel bad for pointing them out or offended that I would ask about them.When looking online, noticed a vehicle that Village Ford Sales was selling and took the drive from Toronto to Dorchester (1hr 40min one way). Upon arrival, was greeted by Scott who was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. He was very laid back and allowed me to walk around the truck and inspect to my satisfaction without rushing or trying any tactics. Afterwards, he invited me to go for a test drive and allowed me to drive without him (which I felt was also very impressive) giving me the chance to really test out the truck and use all its functions and showed confidence in his inventory. As expected the truck drove great, and I purchased it with no hidden fees or anything added in". Scott was very accommodating and went above and beyond to follow COVID-19 protocols with masks and sanitizer readily available. He was patient in trying to secure a rate/payment that I was comfortable with and had good suggestions.After purchasing the truck

This dealership is now the closest one to my home but they will not do warranty work on my vehicle as I am not a regular customer. Well I could be a regular customer, I have purchased 3 Lariats in the last 5 years... I've never felt sorry for calling a Ford Dealership before!!

It was my 1st time at this dealership . I just went for some minor maintenance . The work was performed very quickly.... I had my vehicle back a few hours later .The service manager Matt was extremely accommodating and very friendly . I was also quite happy with the fee charged as well . I found the price very reasonable . I definitely will be going back !

What an awesome dealership! From the moment I spoke with Scott, he was super helpful and went above and beyond. I am new to Dorchester and he made the experience feel very neighborly. With the unique circumstance of COVID the drop off and pick up was hassle free. Will definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs. Thanks again!

Very good experience buying my truck - Scott worked patiently with me finding what I wanted...had to bring it in from another dealership - took some extra time even when I was going give up on an option - he said nope you are getting what you want" and very happy I did :) He's a busy man running the sales on his own but had the time to answer my questions and

Daughter had a wheel bearing go on her pickup. We were from out of town. They had us in and repaired quickly at a reasonable price. Worth the drive to Dorchester!
