Classic Fire + Life Safety Brampton

I'm sure it's a good company but noticed they have two new employees there a man and a women who are not to be trusted they have ruined people's life's for there own gains and have no regards for anyone else. Do not trust these pepole. They will lie and promise whatever they think you wanna here.

Hired FCFP to add 10 additional fire sprinkler heads to existing system , and remove one pull station with relocating another one, as well as horn had to be relocated in order to pass the inspection from city fire prevention department.The results:1. FCFP did sprinkler installation differently than what required on the drawings by the city + 1 sprinkler missing.2. FCFP incorrectly removed 1 pull station, which caused trouble in fire panel, the building fire safety monitoring company has been arrived once they got trouble alarm to fix that issue and have charged me service call fee, FCFP Rep. Richard refused to cover that fee. After what I tried calling management to solve this issue and I never had a chance to talk to them about this, Jennifer never gets back to my calls.3. Without completing the job properly , they have been charged my credit card in full amount without my permission, i tried contacting Jennifer regarding that payment and still no call backs from office4. I asked Derek to send me a Copy of contractors material and test certificate" for the job that they did and he never got back to me.It's been complete full 4 weeks that I'm behind my schedule because of that company
