Love the energy of this studio! My favorite are the spin classes because it literally feels like you're at a party with really sick music..but you're really exercising. Everyone at the studio are super friendly and nice.

I love this place!! Everyone here is so motivating. If you have the chance to go to Jill Brophy's spin/fire class she is a great instructor and pushes you to your limits!!

Kelsey is just absolutely amazing! She’s engaged with the class the whole time and talks to us the whole class. She’s a motivational speaker and a spin teacher. Overall best instructor I’ve has so far. She pushed me to my limit in the most positive way!! Will be going to her classes more often

I've been attending Hotshop Hot Yoga for the past two weeks over the Christmas holidays.The staff are very friendly. I've had the same instructor on several occasions and each time the class has been unique.I've been to many studios and the studio amenities are excellent. They provide personal effects lockers, towel service, clean locker room and shower, and at the end of the yoga session they provide a cool lemongrass towel. I highly recommend this studio for all level yogis in the SW Calgary.

This place is okay. The spin instructors are very enthusiastic and high energy. The yoga instruction I've had is not as good as other places though. The young instrtuctors lack the ability to teach spirituality and often just turn the music up super loud for yin and believe that is good enough instead of providing queues through yin poses.The place is very clean but small in the hallways and locker room and the average age is about 25. If you aren't a size 2 you probably will get dirty looks and not feel so comfortable at this place. I don't think the women that go to this studio know how to smile or be polite to other people.

My favourite part of this HotShop studio is the incredibly friendly staff! The vibes are so good whether you're showing up to do yoga or spin (or both! The combined classes are my absolute FAVOURITE). There's tons of parking and everything always runs smoothly. The change rooms are gigantic, clean, and stylish and there's lots of places to safely secure your belongings while you're in class. I love the mixed demographic in the classes and am always inspired by the shared energy.

An amazing gateway into the world of hot yoga and spin! This location is awesome, along side the well thought out decor and studio rooms the whole place is clean and well maintained. The highlight of this place is the genuinely friendly staff who's goal is to make sure you succeed. They are VERY punctual and they make sure your money is well spent. There is a great variety of teachers and class types so make sure you try the $75 one month unlimited pass deal. My favourite is spin classes with Anastasia Friesen!

Since beginning my Spin Journey, i have found that HotShop has been the most amazing experience for me. The energy from the instructors and the vibe is just so awesome. I recommend going here for sure. If you are looking for hot yoga classes, spin classes, or the combo classes, they have you covered. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, well the instructors are very good, and allow you to have a fun and safe experience. Starting out as a Newbie, they really take good care of new clients and new people to either spin or yoga. I love this place and the HotShop community.
