I have been using Pals Geomatics for new home plot plans and staking service for the past few years. The service has been truly professional. Drew is easy to communicate with and super responsive. Highly recommended.

Had nothing but great experiences through the whole process of getting an update RPR and compliance report. Melissa would always answer my calls and gave me all the information I needed from the very beginning. She updated me through the whole process and made sure it was seamless. Will come back for any surveying needs in the future.

Friendly and efficient. I mistakenly thought I needed to redo my grading certificate and instead of letting me make my mistake, they called me and told me I likely did not need to resurvey and just needed to contact city. Made my day knowing I saved $170! When they came to do the survey they were friendly and introduced themselves too. Great experience overall.

Rosie with Pals was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hadn't even paid for any service yet but she was extremely helpful in providing information and contact information for all of my questions and needs.

Poor curtosy. Did not ring doorbell upon arrival despite my doorbell being lit up 24/7 with no blockage at the front door. Claimed that it was tucked away" and "knocked" instead. Did not explain why they were on my property until confronted. Also got the path leading up to my front door muddy

I recently hired Pals to update my RPR for sale of my property and obtain a compliance certificate. When I called Melissa was very quick to respond. She informed me of what to expect and the timelines. They were faster than anticipated. I would recommend them!

Driving eastbound on the south Henday during the 5:00pm rush with vehicles tightly packed in both lanes. Unit 09 decides to switch lanes without signalling and cuts off the vehicle in front on me. Unit 09 then proceeds to slow down below the speed limit and begins to collect a row of vehicles behind him. About 6kms later, when the Henday switches to 3 lanes northbound, Unit 09 moves to the middle lane, then proceeds to stare down the driver of the vehicle ahead of me as if they were in the wrong. Unit 09 needs to have his license reassessed. Don't be like Unit 09.

The surveyors took a long time to come to my property, then they took a long time to draft the Real Property Report, and so by the time everything was said and done I had to pay a rush fee to get the city compliance in time for closing.I paid the rush fee, but then they just never sent it in to the city.So now they're applying for rush compliance because I called them and asked what the hold up was; eight days after it should have been sent.In their defense, they refunded the compliance fees, but honestly, the money is not the problem. I need the compliance before closing date on the sale of my house!So I suggest you use someone else. Anyone else.EDIT: Updated to two stars because they were able to get my RPR compliance before my house closed, if only barely.
