I can't say enough good things about Cassa. The staff is great to say the least. I recently took in a damaged thumb drive in hopes of being able to retrieve the data of 5 years work and suddenly wasn't being recognized on my computer. As a writer, I need to keep my work. Don't know how the thing got damaged. I can't say how relieved I was that they were able to save the data for me and saved it to the new computer I just bought from them. Thank you to those of you at Cassa!
