His transparent and honest approach fostered a sense of trust, making me feel like a valued customer. Another aspect that impressed me was the efficiency of their service. Despite the high-quality work they delivered, they managed to complete the repairs within the promised timeframe.Lastly, Matt was really awesome in taking the time to explore some parts that could fit my bike. He could not find one but took my info down and will reach out as soon as something is available. I like that he was very ethical and did not try to pressure me or sell me whatever they had. He wants to make sure I get the right part for my bike.

Bought my first bike - Triumph Speedmaster at Powersports t.o. Had a great experience from start to finish. Michael is the sales person who helped me with the transaction. Michael provided lot of useful and valuable information which helped me greatly. Michael also helped me to expedite the delivery due to which i was able to get the bike in time for the riding season. Highly recommend Powerspots t.o and Michael. Also their accessories department had lot of triumph gears which i was able to get at their discounted price. Overall very happy with the buy.
