Very trendy and high quality Canadian brand with minimalist design, always spending a great time while shopping here because of their friendly staffs, today I visited Yorkdale branch, it was very busy, but the Asian girl in fitting room was so kind and patient with customers. She helped me to find the right size of jean which I was looking for

The ladies working here were SO kind and talkative. It made for a warm shopping experience. Exceptional customer service here and they definitely stand out among the rest of the Yorkdale stores.

Very nice employees! Purchased for my daughter and she loved the clothes! My online critique is that their website is extremely hard to navigate. There are always glitches while I scroll and I have to log in so many times.

I hardly post reviews, but Kim was so lovely and helpful I just had to share my positive experience! She went above and beyond helping me in the fitting room and by the end, understood what my style was and catered to it exactly. 10/10 customer service! Esha was also so lovely too, I’ll be coming back to Yorkdale’s Oak & Fort more often and hope to see them again <3 amazing staff!

We came in to shop at 11am (the store opens at 10) and were treated poorly by an associate there. Is this still too early for you to be ready welcome clients ????. She gave us attitude when she was hanging stuff and we just asked politely abt the availability of one item. Like she gave us really weird look and answered rudely! !!!! Really? I came very often but never be treated that way !!! If you have a bad day or your miserable, don’t go to work then !!!

Their staffs are racist, they don't welcome Asian even their owner is Asian!! Bad experiences in both Eaton and yorkdale store! You should retrain your staffs! Their quality getting worse too! No reason to go back!

Went to purchase an item. I was told that the system is down so that they have to calculate manually and email me the receipt. I am totally fine with that.I saw her counting 15% of tax. I asked shouldn’t it be 13% and I tried to confirmed it with her twice. She is so confident saying it’s always been 15%, and rushed me to pay it so I tapped the card.Then I googled it and told her it’s 13%, and told her I already paid 15%. Then she looks so impatient and said I will just refund you. After the refund, she just said “now you can go.” I have to ask again: “don’t you need my email to send me the receipt” she’s like “oh yes give me my email.”Her attitude is so bad and no apologize at all. You work here and you don’t know the tax rate and causing me trouble with the over pay and refund thing. I don’t think this is the right attitude after you have made an mistake.I wonder how much she has calculated “extra” today due to this system issue.This is the worst oak I have ever been to. Not recommended and will never come back again.

Staff basically don't care whatsoever here. Buying a sweater, one girl is on her phone, takes the sweater, puts it down then walks away. 2 other people there, weren't sure they were working there because they were to the side of the register having a convo. Ask where am I paying? Get a sideways look from the girl having a convo to the side. Realize she works there when she scans the sweater. She doesn't say hello, ask if I found everything ok, any normal question or acknowledgement you exist you get when paying for something. Just bags the item, doesn't say the total or anything. Ask how much? Again, sideways look, but says nothing, just points to the machine to pay. Like I'm sorry, I'm just trying to purchase an item and go, not sure if they were having a bad day or what but basically they were mad I came to the cash to pay? Not sure what else I was supposed to do?

I waited for 10 mins as the second person in line to buy one sweater with kids in tow. There was a woman folding T-Shirts behind the cash and another 4 staff wandering around the store with nothing to do. When I made it to the front and asked the woman why the other staff couldn’t work the other till she said there was nothing she could and they only open the other cash when there is a long line. I asked for her managers name since there was nothing she could do and she refused to give it to me. This store obviously doesn’t care about costumers and after being a loyal customer for years I won’t shop here again.
