Safe, clean, bright facility with kind, caring and well-trained staff. Suites are modern and well-designed. Food quality and service is good. Professional nursing staff and pharmacy on site. Various levels of care and support available. Wide range of stimulating activities offered. Excellent sense of community. Recommended.

I have been an Entertainer in many different retirement homes since 2011. In that time I have come across hundreds of staff members. I am so impressed by how professional and welcoming Jennifer is at reception when I first walk in the building. Not only is it me but anyone else that walks in she seems so inviting and friendly to all of traffic that goes through the lobby. The Activity Manager’s name is Adriana and she goes above and beyond making sure there is always something fun going on for the residents. I can tell that she takes pride in her work at Walden and the residents speak very highly of her. I also notice that the building is always spotless. Walden Circle is very fortunate to have Adriana and Jennifer as part of their team. They are both true professionals.

As a past Employee myself in this premises, I can say with confidence that they are very serious with what they assure you they can do. 5 stars given.

I don't think that Walden Circle knows that vaccinated people can sill get and spread Covid. Lame owners, lame services.

If you really care about your elderly parents and are looking for just the right place and staff member to assist you with that huge decision, you could not find anyone better than Amelia at Walden Circle! What a wonderful, caring, and understanding person Amelia truly is! You can trust Amelia and Walden Circle really does have your best interests in mind.

Alright I'm 23 so I don't live here but my 80+ y/o grandmother does, and she is NOT AN EASY PERSON TO PLEASE IVE BEEN TRYING FOR 23 YEARS. But she has nothing bad to say about living here, she absolutely LOVES IT. In fact, she refuses to leave. Ever. For anything.

Is it clean? Yes, though sometimes the maids need coaching. Are the staff friendly? Very. My grandmother pays 7000 a month and is afraid to speak up on the lack of maintenance on the place because she will be living here long term and does not want to 'get on their bad side because she will be taken care of by them at 95 when she can no longer take care of herself though my mother comes over and takes care of most including cooking and cleaning; they have a spotty cleaning staff. A pearl necklace and earrings were stolen by their maids and the necklace was not replaced..this was an expensive and extremely important 65th wedding anniversary gift from my late grandfather. Bedsheets she had for years were torn apart by the washer their maids used..i am a bit confrontational they said that they would 'take care of it' a little rudely..and said other people had come forward..their taking care of it was telling my mother to 'take it up with the bay they stood behind their products'(she is also not very confrontational and a bit of a pushover. Tripping hazards have been mentioned a few times and not been remedied: the floors were not installed properly when built and the laminate has come apart. My mother feeds the food my grandmother occasionally gets from downstairs to her dogs (she owns two terriors)and we cook our own food. The food here is really quite disappointing. The salmon is sometimes passable... at 95 my grandmother does not want to move again it makes me extremely sad that she will pass away in a place like this.

Enjoyed my visit to this retirement home.Very pleasant surroundings and friendly welcoming staff greeted me on arrival .Nicely appointed dining room, a large comfortable bistro , theatre room, pool and spa are sure to please any resident. I would be happy to recommend Walden .
