Very glad I found this service. I looked around alot and even though of purchasing them myself. This service saved me lots of time. They have such great communication and are very accommodating. I was able to take a vacation with the baby and push the service back by a month. I moving away and will definitely miss those service. The next company really has a high pedestal to reach. Pumpkins is such a wonderful family run business. We had both our children in Pumpkins diapers for their first year. The owners are so kind, and quick to respond. The delivery service is very very reliable, and will even knock on your door if you forget to put the diapers out for pick up. Their whole system is very efficient - if you're not sure about cloth diapers ... go with Pumpkins as they will put you right at ease.

I’m writing as a customer of about six years. I don’t know what we would’ve done without this diaper service. Disposable diapers are incredibly wasteful but I was having a difficult time managing the washing of our own diapers, not being able to get them clean and feeling like I was always doing laundry. Thankfully I discovered Pumpkin’s and I was convinced after the first week.We’ve had three kids go through diapers with Pumpkins and Cayley & Steve have been great through it all. It’s a straightforward service that’s consistent and reliable. They are responsive to concerns and emails and I really don’t know what I would’ve done without them.Highly recommend this service to anyone concerned about their environmental impact and also their volume of laundry.

Pumpkin's Diaper Delivery Service is a fantastic service! I have used the service for a year and would continue using them except my circumstances have changed. Communication has always been quick, friendly, and helpful, and diaper delivery and pickup has always been on time and convenient. A great service if you are looking for an environmental option to diapering that supports a local company. It's been great not having to worry about the details of diapering, it's all taken care of!

My husband and I have been using Pumpkins Diaper Delivery since our son was born four weeks ago. We had wanted to use cloth diapers for the environmental benefits and have had friends cloth diaper with success. Fortunately we were gifted eight weeks of service and we could not be happier. The diaper service equates to roughly the same cost as disposable diapers as well as do-it-yourself cloth diapering when considering the labour, cost of laundry etc. We have also opted for the cloth wipes and I also recommend these to new parents. This service ensures that there is no 'diaper island' on our conscience!The service has been hassle-free and the quality of the diapers is great. I have heard that other diaper services diapers are tired and thin from use, but Pumpkin's are fluffy and do not give any rash or rubbing on my baby.Every staff that I have been in communication with have been great and the response times are fast!Obviously I am pleased with the service. I would recommend Pumpkins as a gift for new parents or as an alternative to disposable diapering.

We have been really happy with pumpkins since day 1. Our babe had a hard time as a newborn adjusting to diapers due to sensitive skin and the team at pumpkins were responsive, educational, and understanding. Since we have been back on service the diapers show up consistently within the time window outlined. And clean. I have not seen a single stain (which many newbies to this are concerned about). Everything is spotless. As well - I have had a tonne of requests and questions and they never go unanswered for more than a day. Awesome experience! I was with another diaper service for a year with my oldest baby and wish I had switched sooner. Pumpkin's staff are so friendly and communicative about issues and regular updates. I also got free tickets to the baby and tot show which my two little ones loved! I am so impressed and happy that I looked to switch. Would definitely recommend to any new mom or soon to be mom. It is easy, all you have to do is put out the dirty diapers weekly.
