Alta Nota Custom Homes

Alta Nota is a great Company to build with. This is our second home built with them and they are absolutely amazing. Our first home was stunning, about 2700 sq ft home and it was a dream. Communication was great, service was great and professionalism was great as well. Any trouble or problems that occurred we’re addressed and taken care of immediately. We lived in our first home for about 3 years and we did not deal with any issues. We are now building our second home and this time it’s bigger and more upgrade and Alta Nota and the team are doing an amazing job making sure everything is coming along well and on time. Agnes suggested some option to consider when picking certain things out for the new house and let me tell you I was absolutely grateful for Her input and expertise because her option made such a huge difference in our home. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Challenges during the pandemic were inevitable, but Alta Nota navigated the difficulties of that as best as they could. They were great with what could be controlled, such as customer service with their personable staff (Michelle, Lenny, etc) and addressing our concerns fairly in a reasonable time frame. We are very happy with our home!

A great company, the contracted construction of a house made perfectly, everything with the utmost care for every detail, deadlines kept to the day, super professional approach to every topic, contact with the owner perfect, helpful in every topic, workmanship and quality of every element is great. I highly recommend the services of this company. Certainly the best in the region.

Very knowledgeable builder, smooth construction process. He was very flexible and willing to work with us on the many changes we requested which eliminated additional worries .

Built a new home recently in kingsville and love our home. Of course there were hiccups along the way but builder resolved all of our concerns! Would build again!

I would give '0' stars if possible. Very bad home building experience. Poor communication and a very frustrating process. House was not finished on time (big surprise). I don't know where they hire their workers from. Work for a bit, take off, hour and half nap in our driveway. Agnes is only pleasant when she needs money. They go back on their word. Make sure you know exactly what is in your contract, or you will be charged for things that should have been included. I could go on and on. If you take a chance with them, buy them a level, because I don't think they own one. Also, be sure to file with Tarion, you will need it.

The worst builders in Windsor. Countless problems in and around the house. The builder is not responsive and does not care about the customer once the sale is made. We have been waiting over a year for the problems in our house to be fixed. The lady they hired to take care of customer complaints is just as bad. Her attitude and disrespect towards my family and I was unacceptable. The fact that this builder needed to hire someone to handle customer complaints speaks for itself. I would never recommend or purchase from this builder again. Avoid at all costs.
