After a number of calls we finally got the tub almost 75 working . Apparently it left the yard not tested Thoroughly. Paint came off pillows messing our filter , replacement finally came a year later .

Couldnt be happier. Darren came diagnosed the problem and came back the next day installed new pump. Now my wife and I can enjoy our hottub after our Valentine's date. Thank you soo much Classicspas. Great service great price equals very satisfied customer

I have had x 2 pumps rebuilt on my Tub with Classic. Their work was excellent and the price saved me $3200 over the Original Dealers price for repair. This is 100% accurate. They do know what they are doing and provide and excellent service

I bought a tub from Darren 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. Delivery was late and from the get go I was having problem after problem with the tub. Darren would come out to fix but nothing was working. This was costing me lots in energy costs and constant headaches. After 9 months of back and forth, we came to an agreement that he should take the tub back because the issue was non stop. We came to agreement that he would reimburse about 70% of what I paid for it which I accepted reluctantly. He made me wait 4 months before picking it up and then on pickup said that he would give me money once he fixed it and resold it. I am pretty easy going and he said it would be a few weeks so I let it go. Months went by and nothing. I finally got more and more upset and he decided to give me half and I would later get the rest. I always took him at his word. More months would go by and nothing. Ignoring calls and texts. Finally he agreed to give me another quarter of payment. It has now been 19 months since we made agreement for return and I'm still waiting for my payment. A pure nightmare and so much wasted time. Interest rates go up, inflation goes up and he is as busy as ever yet he can't repay me the money he owes me. I question his integrity and business practice and would recommend anyone to do what I ended up doing, buying a new tub to avoid potential nightmare situations. He has cost me thousands and I'm in the process of getting a suit against him for money owed, interest and time wasted. Do not buy from him.

Hot tub is amazing we really enjoy it. Delivery was great. The bad is the service, warranty repairs have been terrible, after numerous emails and phone calls on things like stereo that was not working due to power supply problems, this eventually did get replaced, but did take about 8 months to get that fixed. But in replacing the stereo the repair person broke the cover off the lid, at least he admitted it was his fault and that it would be replaced, that has was another 5 months ago, and we're still waiting for that. We also reported to them that 2 jets were not functioning properly and had spit out small ball bearings over the tub floor, we were also told these would also be replaced, under warranty. We now find that the repair person that we had to deal with no longer works there. The whole reason we bought a used tub thru this company was because of the warranty coverage as everything gets checked over and repaired, and when you are new to buying a used tub, we thought this would be helpful and not the headache it has been with this company. Just get things fixed, you are in the customer service business and should keep your customers happy, not ignore them. Sorry it had to come to this, but I feel other potential customers need to know.

I really wanted to wanted to write a great review supporting a small, local business... but sadly I'd have to agree with the other reviews, the warranty is a joke. Our hot tub's display broke , we notified him he said it's on its way!".. and that was... 8 months ago. If you're not going to bother honouring your warranty

WE PURCHASED A HOT TUB FROM DARREN IN AUGUST 2020 REBUILT PACIFIC SPA BLUE MARBLE 5 PERSON FIRST TIME OWNER AND WAS DELIVERED JANUARY 2021. IT’S BEEN BOTTOMS UP EVER SINCE! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CLASSIC SPAS TO CUSTOMERS.THE BAILEY FAMILY

The owner is a very nice but extremely busy man. He seems to be overbooked with service calls and cant keep up. I dont like to write reviews on companies. But this was pretty extreme.While he is trying to race through 5min service calls. After many promised and failed attemps to come to my house...he eventually showed up while i was away for a weekend. He had been and gone before i found out he was coming. He came to wire a pump properly. And after the pump had not been on for a while. He did not monitor its performance after he worked on it. Well there was a problem and the pump vibrated many components of the tub loose till the whole tub leaked out. I came home 2 days later to an empty tub and pumps screaming away with no water. Now nothing works...ZERO. I have a shell of a hot tub...4 days before, i was sitting in hot water with 2 of 4 seats jets pumping.And he still wanted money!!!!

we bought a used tub 3 years ago now. we had deliver on time, price was great (1/3 of the price of a new one) had one problem and they showed up and it was fixed in five minutes(a plug came undone for the air bubbler) and i lost intersest and resold it my self and paid them to move it and hook it up at the other persons house. excellent job thanks again would definitely recommend them !

I've had my hot tub from classic spas about two months now. Couldn't be happier. I use it twice a day at least. Perfect working order, looks brand new. It's changed my life actually. I sleep better, stress levels are far lower...just a great way to end the day.Darren was very helpful and knowlegable. I had a lot of questions after my purchase as this was my first tub. He responded in a timely manner and was always happy to help.My only caution to those visiting classic spas for the first time is to not let the ambience of the yard scare you. I went in the middle of winter...it was slushy and muddy and all the tubs are stored outside. I'll admit I was wondering if I was making a good choice by stopping in. But, once I stepped inside and saw the three tubs Darren was working on for other customers...my mind was at ease and I went and picked one out that day.The model I chose is around $12000 brand new. I paid $4800. That included delivery, extra thick cover and a 2 year warranty! Plus six months of water treatment for your tub. Pretty sweet deal!Very happy customer here!
