I pay for a maintenance plan with reliance and I’ve had a problem since October with my water tank and air handler. I’ve called them more than 8 times over the past few months to come and fix it and they’re not able to. None of their techs spent more than 5 minutes at my place and none of them did any diagnostic work; at the end they started telling me that I need to buy a new air handler which averages around $4,000. I finally got fed up with them and called Carlos who came in right away, actually opened the air handler and checked what the problem is and had it fixed within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Carlos knows his stuff. He takes time to actually diagnose the problem and always has a solution that won’t break the bank. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, experienced professional.

Carlos was referred to us by my sister Christine after he serviced her fireplaces and air conditioning. One of our fireplaces was not igniting properly. Carlos came by and was thorough and straightforward in his explanation and quote. When he arrived at our agreed upon date/time to service the fireplace, he wore shoe protectors to keep dirt from our floors and his work area was neat and tidy. We had a very positive experience in the service we received from Carlos. We laid down concrete in our backyard and had to move our air condition out of the way. The concrete guys contracted Carlos to disconnect the air conditioning and to reconnect it a week later. He did a great job. We also had Carlos look at our fireplace and he gave us some good advice on upkeeping. He was definitely very experienced and knowledgeable. I felt he was a very honest person and I will definitely be calling him back to service my furnace.

I called Carlos, from Thermosense Systems to inspect my mother's furnace. He found a carbon monoxide leak and told us that the furnace needed a new heat exchanger. He explained to us our options. We decided to install a new furnace. He was able to find the right furnace size for us and to fit us in his hectic work schedule. Carlos and his crew installed the duct, vents and furnace in two days. He came back to do a follow up if everything was working properly. Thermosense Systems provided us with professional, courteous and reliable service.

Carlos was fantastic to work with! He redid all of the ductwork at my property for a duplex conversion including moving the furnace & replacing the duct with shorter ones so that we could maximize the ceiling height in the basement. I have dealt with a number of heating and air conditioning contractors but I can honestly say they are the most professional and knowledgeable contractors and the go beyond their work to try to help and try to make it comfortable for their clients.
