We were sent here by an insurance company to get one of our trucks fixed after a minor accident. Adam was fantastic and explained everything to us. He was very kind and friendly. He told us right from the start what to expect in terms of timeline to get all the work done. We just got the truck back and it looks fantastic. The truck doesn’t even look like it was in a minor accident. They also touched up the paint on the tailgate where we had a few dents and paint taken off from farm work. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Our vehicle was vandalized, had it fixed at this shop, very great service, very professional, provided us with a Kia rio (smaller than our car) so went back and asked for a vehicle the same or bigger than our car, and they were very professional in getting us a different vehicle, they had my vehicle fixed and returned ahead of schedule. Nothing bad to say here. Vehicle looked good for a few months before colliding with a deer, getting it fixed here again for sure!

I took my truck in to have the rear quarter replaced. It took 12 days due to Covid and waiting for parts. I was provided a replacement vehicle. An AWD vehicle same make as the one I had but a different model. It was great. Customer service was awesome and they did a great job on my truck, decals were perfect. The insurance company want me to use a different place for the repair but explained I got a referral for Carstar Perth Location and they agreed. It was a positive experience from start to finish. So I rate them a 5Thank Adam and staff

Left something in one of their rentals first call the rental lady said I'll ask and check and call you right back, next day called got and got richard they acknowledged they found it but need to find where his brain dead detailers" placed it and asked I call back at end of day when I did it just rang and rang. Next day they refuse to answer my call 4 calls later
