The reason for 3 stars is that Global Pet Foods do not sell water bowls or water stations for pets. Food & Water!

Went to Global this morning. Kinndli (hope the name is right), asked me if I needed help. I noticed what I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf. So I said no, it was okay, np. Then Brooke came to me and said she would see if she could order it. Both were so helpful. Sorry, long story. They went out of their way to help me! Great service! Not just today from these lovely ladies and Staff, but every time.

Very Impressed! From the first time I visited Global Pet Foods, Andrea and Kinndli were consistently informative, positive, helpful, professional, kind, efficient...... and they take the time to answer my questions and explain all of my options.In addition, my pups love them and I noticed that they ALWAYS acknowledge EVERY client, with a warm and inviting greeting and a smile. The ladies go the extra mile and are a breath of fresh air! Thus, I would highly recommend Global Pet Foods because of ALL of my positive interactions with Kinndli and Andrea!

The only pet store in town that sells pet food that my dog can eat. (She is allergic to all poultry and fish/shellfish).We buy natural and delicious (either lamb or boar). I've failed to find it anywhere else.Staff is very friendly. My dogs love it when they get to tag along to this store. They are always offered a treat.

The store itself is great! The employees at the front were very nice, informative, and welcoming! The lady at the back who does the nail trimming was rude and unprofessional, i was very unimpressed and left very upset. Please do not go there to get your babies nails done. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and disrespect.

The level of knowledge the staff has is quite unique. I believe the owner himself helped us and spent a good ten minutes going through different brands and genuinely wanted to help us find a better food for our dog. Terrific service and the store is well organized. I definitely recommend this actual location. There’s so many places you can choose but this store has a familiarity to it. Well done.
