Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My sink was not draining, among a few other issues. Viktor was absolutely wonderful and got the drain fixed after a big fight though for him to fix it yet he did get it fixed. It certainly wasn't an easy fix however I'm certainly happy with this service and he was so excellent when my 4 year old who was asking him many questions and watching what he was doing. Excellent in so many ways and very great with kids around. Much appreciated, thanks

Viktor attended my elderly dad’s home to unclog a toilet and kitchen sink. The situation was quite unpleasant because my dad had been so overwhelmed by it that he had not reached out for help in a timely manner. Although the job was messy, Victor showed professionalism and understanding. Victor assessed the issue, solved the problem and replaced the necessary parts efficiently. Viktor seemed to truly care about doing a good job and helping us. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and in particular, Viktor, for your plumbing needs.

Me and my family had a great experience with Roto Rooter. Joel was amazing on the phone, he advised us what our problem would mostly be and how they would approach it. Very nice customer service and our issue was resolved with just one phone call. Having dealt with many other companies that cannot be bothered to even answer the phone, Roto-Rooter was very easy to deal with answered our call the first time and resolved the issue with ease. Great customer service, we will be using them again.

Mark quickly diagnosed where the water leak was occurring and though access for the repair required the skills of a contortionist (behind the water heater) he cheerfully carried out the job extremely efficiently and with a great sense of humour.He made a stressful situation turn into a pleasant experience. I had a plumbing emergency and Roto-Rooter went out of their way to make sure it was fixed, and fast. Joel was super helpful in his gathering of information and dispatching, and Jay was at my house within the hour. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for being so polite, responsive, and quick to help me!

I called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday evening after my upstairs bathtub water came up through my basement shower. They were able to send a tech late evening or first thing Sunday. I went with the Sunday at 8am. The technician arrived on time and was able to clear out the blockage. It was a bigger job requiring my toilet to be removed as my home doesn’t have an outside access. He had all the tools and equipment in the van so he could get it done. I did pay a weekend premium rate, which they were upfront about. When I called on the Saturday evening they told me if I waited until Monday it would cost less, but I wanted it done and was fine to pay the premium rate as I understand that’s outside regular business hours for their employees too.I had a follow up communication about my tub that initially drained into my basement shower. This is where the 5-stars comes in…The Ops Manager, Joel, took the time to call me, answer my questions and explain the services to someone that knows nothing about plumbing. He was great! I have never used Roto-Rooter before, but based on this full experience, I would again and am thankful for their commitment to customer service.

Our technician Bal (512) was a legend. He came and had out blockage out in no time! He was professional and polite, even cleaned up after himself! I would highly recommend him and the company to everyone I know.
