I ordered a bacon and egg English muffin. The lady taking our order was terrific, however, whoever put my sandwich together didn’t care that the egg was lukewarm, the cheese not even close to melted, and the bacon was cold and RAW. When I addressed the assistant manager, she didn’t seem concerned and said they’d give me a new sandwich. No thank you. Had I eaten it and got food poisoning, I’d be suing, and food inspectors would close them down.I’m not interested in paying for raw bacon, and will not be back to this location again. It’s a shame that this was the attitude of the manager. I’m sure the franchise owner would have dealt with this differently.

I have noticed the more changes they do to they’re food they are becoming more lazy about doing it for example when my girlfriend gets a bagel it’s never cut in half and it’s heavily covered in cream cheese and when I get wraps now there is no sauce at all I’m very disappointed with these services and we will never be returning to Tim Hortons for anything

The entire time that Timmys has had the Espresso promotion, their machine has been broken"...I think they're just saying that they don't have to fulfill any of these orders because they're not making enough money on the promotional items."

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. We've been to this location multiple times and every time our order was incorrect. We now go out of our way to find a different location because we're always met with blatant disregard and laziness from the staff. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It's unfortunate because this location is within walking distance from my house. Don't go to this Time Hortons if you want good customer service

It's rare I go anymore, but when I do I'm just meh about the entire transaction. The food lacks what it used to be, but I think that's on the company itself. The drive through service severely lacks. Stating the total and throwing a pinpad at me is the norm. It takes a few more seconds to greet someone and say your total will be $x.xxPeople pay for an experience just as much as the product and the low quality product does not make up for sub par service.

This Tim Hortons never has any of the things on their menu. It was around dinner time and not only had they run out of rice for any of the bowls but also buns the sandwiches. This has happened to me multiple times here. Also, who doesn’t have decaf coffee ready to serve in the evening? We ended up ordering things we didn’t even want just because we needed food to head out of town for the weekend.
