Very disappointed about my 1st time here i have 2 shi tzu puppies am very cleared about my instruction before the grooming start. i dont mind paying extra money. 50 euro each, theres only one specific instruction not to cut or trim some parts of the area specially the face of my dogs.still she didn't follow. not returning anymore

I took my old dog who was badly in need of grooming to Amanda today. Being an old dog he was very anxious but Amanda very patiently handled him very well and I'm absolutely delighted with the job she did.Thank you Amanda
