In August 2022, Stefano and his team laid new flooring in my condo. Bye bye parquet - hello luxury vinyl plank flooring in beautiful grey tones! At the same time, they also enlarged the two doorways to my kitchen, removed the old baseboards and installed beautiful new ones.The work started and ended on time and on budget. The flooring installer/jack of all trades - Khalid - was fantastic. He cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project things were left in spotless condition.As you can imagine, living in a condo means moving furniture from one room to the other as the flooring is laid. Stef was so helpful and I really appreciated his efforts in assisting me with the heavy lifting.I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Group Construction. I've worked with Stefano, his designer Vida, and mill working crew Carlos and Antonio, this past year and now have a transformed apartment. The kitchen and living room are stunning, delighting me and blowing visitors away. My property value went up almost instantly to the full value of the renovations based on a formal, bank appraisal. Stefano was a pleasure to deal with throughout, including when I brought up problems needing solutions. He is professional, courteous, a problem solver, and organized. He also respects appointments and lets you know if there has to be a change, which in my experience is rare among contractors.
