Travel Consultant Kim Buck provided me with excellent customer service when I reached out about securing an Air Transat refund for a trip that was cancelled last year due to Covid. During these times when it's difficult to reach customer support anywhere, it was so nice to speak with someone who was not only pleasant mannered but also went above and beyond to help. Kim looked into my unique situation and made sure to follow up with me to let me know my refund request was received by Air Transat. I really appreciate all her efforts during this time when we are all conserving finances and just getting through the day to day! I booked my trip with Emily Lock and she was fantastic! Very thorough and friendly advisor.I went to Mexico for two weeks an visited two different resorts all with my husband and new babySo I had a lot of questions for her regarding each resorts and there amenities. This was my child’s first big trip so she made sure the resort we chose has everything we could have needed. Both where very child friendly while being entertaining for us parents too.I would certainly recommend her services at sell off vacations to everyone.
