I love these guys. I have had Transmission flushes, oil changes. Recently I came in and they spent 15 minutes going over my engine realizing I had a transmission issue that should be attended to first. They topped me off with oil and I offered payment, and they told me to go get my transmission fixed and to have a good day. They even pointed me in the right direction of where I could find a good deal to get my transmission issue fixed. Great service, above and beyond. Thanks everyone who works there.

Quick....no line up...no hassles....these guys do a 20 point visual inspection and take care of air filters, tail lights that are out and send you on your way with no worries. This time they changed the cabin air filter which I didn't even know about!Been coming here for years and I love the friendly staff and great service.I feel,as a woman, that this shop is run by a man who recommends the same thing to me as he would his wife. No commission sales like at the dealerships or other places. So I only get exactly what I need. It's a relief.SO MUCH CHEAPER AND EASIER THAN A DEALERSHIP!

I had an oil leak coming from my recently serviced Tacoma (Done at a Toyota dealership) and after having a large oil stain on my new driveway, I went to this Jiffy Lube location to have the problem checked out. I arrived while they were free to take me in immediately, and they spotted the problem. The dealership hadn't tightened my drainage plug properly, so it was leaking a lot. They replaced the gasket, tightened my drainage plug, and topped up my oil. Got me back on my way within 5 minutes! Incredible service that I highly recommend and will be going to them for my future oil changes!

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube several times and they are always fantastic! My check engine light popped up the other day so I took it there to get scanned. In 10 minutes they told me what the issue was, that it wasn’t too big a deal and that I had a good car overall. Then they didn’t charge me a thing and sent me on my way. 10/10 recommend.

The guys were so helpful and answered so many of my questions! I also had an issue with my windshield fluid sprayer and they offered to put in a new one if I got the parts! Which I did and they put it in for free! Absolutely amazing service!

Had to get an oil change during my drive from Calgary to Whistler. I normally don't leave google reviews, but I felt I had to go out of my way to leave this one. I've been coming to this Jiffy lube at 1395 Battle Street in Kamloops BC for the past year and they have never once steered me wrong. The service is streamlined, speedy, and efficient. The price is the cheapest in Kamloops at $39 for my cars oil change. The oil change technicians are both pleasant and knowledgeable. Lastly, they are always willing to help out in a pinch regarding basic automotive troubles. When my car's check engine light came on out of the blue, the technicians here quickly offered to check the associated code and sent me on my way with peace of mind.Thanks guys, your service has always been top shelf and I will continue to come back to get my oil changed at your location.
