We live in the Sunset Gardens area of Edgemont Village in North Vancouver and Kennedy Construction was recommended to us by our Architects, Synthesis Design, to build our heavy lumber covered patio area and outdoor kitchen living area. We are very happy with the end product and the good workmanship that they produced.

As interior designers, we are often working to help our clients either build a new home or renovate the existing. We love Kennedy Construction and have used them many times on our projects. We renovated our West Vancouver home with Kennedy Construction and couldn't be happier. We went from updating the kitchen & bathrooms to the whole house! The process was so much less stressful using this team. Our manager, Will, was fantastic, he kept me informed of schedule, was very accommodating of all our add ons and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard. Jessica, was amazing at helping me plan our new kitchen and with the finer details. In addition, the trades people Kennedy uses were all very professional, very skilled and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them with any project and would definitely use them again!

We hired Kennedy construction to do a complete renovation and adding a floor to our 2 storey house in West Vancouver. As any other construction job there were some budget and time adjustments. Partially because of some unforeseen circumstances that happens in any Reno project and partially because we added a few extra works to the initial plans. During the whole time, Andrew and Will were great listeners to our requests. They were truly great people to work with. Andrew Kennedy was very professional and passionate about his job. Our project was more difficult than planned mainly due to unforeseen circumstances. Kennedy was very helpful in both identifying as well as providing timely and often, creative solutions. We very much valued the personnel dedicated to our project. Not only were they with us the entire time, they were always professional, dedicated, polite and respectful. The in-house designer gave us all we envisioned by fully utilizing how the space would best function. We would absolutely recommend the Kennedy group for any size of home renovations.

We live on the North Shore and chose Kennedy to work with because we had heard from others about positive experiences. We are grateful that we, too, had a positive experience with this company.We used them for a significant renovation/build to our house. We had them remove and demolish a portion of the house and rebuild it, including a master bedroom, two small home offices and a master bath.There are always bumps in a renovation, there are always extra costs and decisions to be made, that is inevitable. We had those. However, remarkably, Kennedy were fantastic at communicating and problem-solving. They were punctual, available, transparent and fair. At every turn they were willing to engage with questions and take care of matters. Everyone we worked with at the company brought a positive energy and a fantastic work ethic. The people are really the heart of this company and we felt comfortable with everyone who turned up. There was nobody who didn't do their best and perform outstandingly.We built during COVID and still ended up running fairly close to schedule...no small feat.A renovation can be stressful and is, inevitably, expensive. For us, it felt like we were part of the team in this build, it happened with us and not away from us. If Kennedy could do something, they did it.Overall it was a really positive experience, we have no complaints and we would use them again.
