Associated Cabs

Quite possibly the worst cab service I’ve ever used. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible drivers who are not the least bit safe. Have been in several close calls in their vehicles that I’ve had to take to the company. Do yourself a favour and use quite literally anyone else. Waste of money and time.

No doubt, one if the best cab rides I've ever had. To my discredit, I didn't get the driver's name. It was cab #301 on 04/22/23, 16:30. Friendly, excellent driver, had a great conversation. Superb service!

The worst cab service ever !!!Driver didn't showed up in the morning. I had to call different company and because of Associate I was late for work !How their driver get driving and cab licenses ??? Not knowing even major roads and streets in Calgary ! Using personal phones to find addresses ...Driving dangerously and cutting off other vehicles in the middle of the intersection while honking at them ....Read other reviews ! Associate hiring dangerous drivers who are hazardous on the Calgary's streets !!!

Has finally improved on the flat rate meter as a fixed price and drivers not asking money upfront and yea love the company thanks to my buddy (457) TOYOTA CAMRY XLE PETER the former CALGARY UNITED CAB driver. Especially impresses me hiring the great CHECKER CAB as a TAXI STAND IN THE AIRPORT. And yea this company feels like riding my PHILADELPHIA TAXI, BALTIMORE TAXI, VIRGINIA BEACH TAXI, AND WASHINGTON DC TAXI NOT NEW YORK TAXIASSOCIATED CAB ROCKS

Tonight June 22nd @ 1020pm cab 611 picked us up and just opened the back door, but did not help with the bags. We got in on one side of the van and didn't notice much until he started going. My side door wasn't closed from his custumers before. He also didn't signal once. He didn't wear a seat belt. He was texting and driving the entire time. He went around corners way too fast. Went 140 most of the way down deerfoot. When we got home he didn't get out of the car to open the back door or anything we did it ourselves and he drove away as we were closing the back door.It was so unsettling and felt so unsafe

Tired after a long trip I hopped into a cab as it was conveniently ready to go fr the YYC airport. The cab driver tried to be nice, but throughout the whole trip was chewing on something, making clicking noises, putting it in and out of his mouth. The cab was stinky, possibly spices?The driver did not take down the exact address of my destination but stated he was familiar with the area. As a result I had to tell him exactly where to turn. The price was outrageous. And to ask for a tip on top of that? Disgusted. I will never again take a taxi of any kind.

Terrible cab company !! we would never use them again. I don’t recommend anyone using them. My friend and I took one of these cabs and when we told the taxi driver to go on a short cut we provided , he wasn’t happy and was rude. After we got off , we realized my friend forgot her sunglasses and we kept calling the driver. He asked us $30 to return the sunglasses. We called the office and they asked us to pick them up from the office because we don’t want to deal with driver anymore and at the end they told us the sunglasses were taken by another customer. All lies with this company. I don’t like the way they handle this issue and their customer service was even worse than the driver.

I was upset and in a panic, so I grabbed the first (and only) available cab at the Calgary airport. The driver was friendly and the drive was quick and uneventful. However, the price for a trip to a nearby hotel was $75. I wish I had been more clear-headed and looked up an Uber.
