Shyrie sold me an iPhone 13 recently and as usual customer service was great. She gave me an awesome deal and set me up with an affordable plan. I would recommend bell 10/10.

Well here's the first problem....there isn't an option for no stars which I would have used.The only good part was the store layout and product placement. Probably due to head office on how to set up a store volume 1.OK. Here goes.. I have never received such poor customer service...not from any other type of retail operation.Behind the counter there were what I assume were supposed to be a customer representatives. Instead I walked into the lair of Medusa. I went in to switch my services to a newer phone. Numerous times I was berated by one representative that I was an operator error" which a term I have used and fully understand as such. It's not a term I would use describing a customer that in the end is paying your wages.Upon finally getting the phone able to transfer status they told me that it would be about 5 minutes.... 2 hours later I received my phone to use. At the end if it all it seemed that I had been an inconvenience to their day and was sent on my way without even a simple thank you.Because of this interaction I have opted to take my business elsewhere and I will tell you my experience there was almost a pleasure and would recommend that retailer to anyone!!!"

My wife and I went in to Bell today to upgrade my IPhone to the 13 pro in gold. Myah G helped us as soon as we walked in and she was an absolute pleasure! She was super knowledgeable and also worked with us to give as many deals as possible with my plan and new phone. She helped us pick out the case/screen protector as well and had tons of info in each product to help us make the right choice. Myah was so professional and also very funny and we had such a great experience because of her. She definitely deserves a raise if you ask us! Thanks again Myah!!

Amazing and caring employees. Explained hardware with high and clear details. One employee in particular helped me the most. Shyrie was great.

Had a very good experience getting my new phone and account set up. Sean Smith was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process easy. The only glitch was the digital signature on the tablet wasn’t working well, that should be addressed.

I had an unusual situation that needed store support. Shyrie was fantastic and got my husband and me set up quickly. Was a great experience!

I stopped in here because I'm having problems with my new phone. The staff member greated us in a rude way. I can't stand kids with attitudes! I find him very snarky. He said he could give me a loaner while my phone was sent to be fixed or I could walk down the mall to Mobile Kilinic and they could probably fix it right away. They could not fix it and said to take it back to bell as they would have to send it away and only they could give me a loaner. So frustrated and not wanting to go back to the attitude at Bell I just left. My phone is still not working properly. Kelowna Bell in the mall is the only one that can help me. I have to drive one hour to take it in again. I am not impressed.

Experts at their craft and compassionate too. They were very patient and had all the knowledge. Megan had all the answers and should be promoted immediately!!

Sean and his colleague provided me with an excellent deal and helped me transfer and setup two business lines including new phones. The service I received was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went smoothly and l left the store very satisfied. I will definitely return if I need further services. Thank you.
