Was just in this store and both parts persons were busy on the phone, which is okay as I was next up in lineup of 2. When a third person came in the parts lady offered them service first. They declined the offer stating we were next in line and without batting an eye said he can handle it" (meaning her co-worker who was still busy)...This employee showed those of us who were waiting patiently a huge disrespect as well as disrespecting her co-worker.Never again will I spend a dollar at this Armstrong location as long as this employee works there."

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable but my issue is that I've been waiting 2 weeks for a phone call back to pick up a degree wheel , which was to be shipped up from salmon arm to Armstrong. I've made multiple small orders over the years but I never receive a phone call , WHY?

Super busy on Sundays and only 2 staff on shift. Sales rep said it's a management decision to keep only 2 on shift for Sunday to save $. There were 10 people in the store when I was there and 4 left because of the wait. Waited 1hr to buy 5ft of fuel line. Sales staff was very apologetic about the wait.
