We’ve sold to Once Upon A Child three times now. We’ve had a great experience selling.The store is a bit hectic for shopping, I recommend not going in with babies in a stroller and even better if you can go in kid free. Staff are kind and helpful.

Always has exactly what I’m looking for and I love that I can buy anything my daughter wants without looking at the price tag. Jasmine is awesome and very helpful.

Disappointing. I’ve been to the varsity store many times, and had a great experience, and assumed it would be similar here.I brought a bag to consign, and when they asked if it was my first time consigning there, after an eye roll, was told ‘we’ll allow it this time, but will refuse next time unless you use a box’.Fair enough you have different rules than any consigning store I’ve ever seen, as boxes take up a ton of space (as per the floor to half way to the ceiling stacks of boxes you have to manoeuvre around to navigate the store), but was there a need to be super rude about it?! Was threatening to refuse my business necessary, simply because I brought my items in a bag instead of a box?The girl who actually got us a box was friendly and helpful, but other staff were super rude and indignant.Just like the other location, lots of items, so that’s the one plus. And some nice staff, but not all, very inconsistent, which should be the bare minimum.All I can say is, the vibe here is very different than the other location, and I will be giving the other location my business, even though I live in the southern part of the city. I don’t like shopping in a store where I am going to get weird bullying behaviour, when I treat everyone I encounter with respect

I am a grandmother to twin girls and a toddler boy and have no problem finding things for grandson, but for the girls it is always a huge hunt and search to find things that are the same. A suggestion if possible because of space issues would be to have a section for items for twins. Also every time my daughter and I are in we always seem to get Robyn as our customer service person and she is so fast and efficient, never have to double check anything, she is fantastic!

Really friendly customer service. I always find a couple things my kids like here. The selling experience was decent, I was surprised to see a lot of items lower than anticipated, but I still left happy with a pretty great amount for a trade in for a couple good clothing items and toys in the end and we will be back soon. :)

Lovely staff & great deals! We buy and sell almost exclusively at this store because of how enjoyable our experiences have been! Jasmine is always a great help, super friendly, and always does her best to get us the best discounts and deals!

3 locations in calgary and I much prefer the McLeod Trail location. Have never had a negative experience been shopping there 5 years. Have visited other 2 locations more than a few times with negative experience. I love that they provide this service to the community. I believe these stores are separately operated under franchise

Large, clean and organized store. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of toys, clothes, baby gear and so much more. Definitely my number 1 place to buy and sell kids stuff.

Very busy, and they are overstocked, so they don't buy as much as the other stores. Store is hard to get around alone, much less with a stroller and a baby. It's overwhelming to shop there because there is so much stuff in a small space. Most of the staff are friendly, and if you're willing to spend time and look through you can find some good stuff.

Awesome haul today from Once Upon A Child Macleod. Even got a free shirt. Robyn was cheerful and prompt with serving me at the till and even let me know about the free shirt so I got to run and grab another. Was also happy that most of the aisles were clear enough to pass through with a wheelchair. Thank you!
