My recent visit to K-One KTV Karaoke was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. The entire evening was filled with disappointment and frustration, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. Allow me to elaborate on the numerous issues I encountered during my time at this establishment.First and foremost, the service at K-One KTV was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unhelpful. It was evident that they were just going through the motions, eager to leave and close up early. Their lack of enthusiasm and disregard for customer satisfaction was painfully apparent. I felt unwelcome and ignored throughout the entire evening.Adding insult to injury, the security personnel were a constant nuisance. It was as if they were in a hurry to get home, as they continuously disrupted our experience. Their frequent interruptions were disruptive and completely uncalled for. Instead of ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, they seemed more interested in rushing us out the door.To my dismay, the bill presented to us was significantly higher than what we were initially quoted. K-One KTV failed to disclose the additional charges, including the exorbitant tipping percentage and undisclosed taxes. Moreover, they insisted on cash payments only, which was inconvenient and unexpected. To make matters worse, they repeatedly approached our table every 15 minutes, demanding immediate payment. It felt like a constant harassment campaign rather than a pleasurable night out.One would assume that a karaoke venue would at least serve drinks with an acceptable alcohol content. Unfortunately, this was not the case at K-One KTV. The beverages we ordered were disappointingly weak, containing barely a trace of alcohol. It was a blatant attempt to cut costs and deceive patrons who were expecting a proper drink. The quality of their drinks was simply unacceptable.In conclusion, my experience at K-One KTV Karaoke was nothing short of a nightmare. The subpar service, the security staff's disruptive behavior, the misleading billing practices, and the poor quality of the drinks were all major letdowns. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and having your evening ruined. Save yourself the trouble and seek entertainment elsewhere.

I leave 1 star because I can’t leave 0. Worse Karaoke ever, mediocre staff and overpriced products. Make yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

the scathing reviews seem unwarranted. came here on a friday night as a group of 5 and had a wonderful time. the interior decor is absolutely lovely! their system is available in many languages, and song selection is 4/5. service was fast and polite. price is a bit high but reasonable for covid times, and 15% service charge was automatically added. they are NOT cash only...we paid by card without any issues. would definitely return!

Contrary to other reviews this place is cash only (has an ATM on site). A bottle of water costs $4.99 but they do provide tap water if requested. Drinks and food are extremely expensive and service is mediocre, overall I would not recommend.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a local karaoke venue with a group of five friends. We called ahead to make a reservation and were informed that we had to spend a minimum of $240. Little did we know that this was just the beginning of our disappointment.Upon arrival, the welcome we received was absolutely abysmal. We were immediately bombarded with requests for our IDs, which felt invasive and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, we were then ushered into a tiny room without any explanation of how things worked. It was as if they assumed we were regulars and knew the drill, which was far from the truth.When we finally managed to order some drinks, the alcohol was served to us in pre-mixed pitchers. This raised concerns as we had no idea how much alcohol was actually in each serving. To add insult to injury, we were charged a staggering $60 for each pitcher. The lack of transparency was not only frustrating but also ridiculously overpriced.To make matters worse, when we requested the bill, we were astounded to find a 15% gratuity charge added automatically. This, on top of the already exorbitant prices, significantly inflated our total bill. Additionally, taxes were also included, further escalating the amount to a whopping $320. To make matters worse, the establishment only accepted cash, leaving us with limited payment options.Moreover, it became apparent that the staff was in a hurry to close the venue. We felt rushed throughout our visit, and it was clear that they had no intention of providing a satisfactory experience. They failed to inform us that alcohol consumption was restricted after 2:45 am, leaving us unaware of this policy as tourists. This lack of communication and consideration was highly unprofessional.I came across this establishment on TikTok, where it was recommended, but I regret to say that I cannot endorse it. The unwelcoming atmosphere, exorbitant prices, lack of information, and rushed service make this karaoke spot a place I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better venue for your karaoke night.

Food was ok, basically just a bunch of fried food. Over priced! They have a 400 dollar minimum spend, however they bring things to your room that you didn't order like a bottle of tequila. If u don't tell them right away that they made a mistake"

Such cool decor! It feels like an 80's sci-fi space club. The prices are really decent too. The space is open daily! Go and check it out.

Went inside to question for a group of 6 this sat. The guy at the front was extremely rude upon entering the establishment. I walked in I got greeted with what do you want" I explained to The man behind the bar that I'm looking to bring a group of six people for the weekend and wanted to know the price. I was then told$675 before taxes for the whole evening from 9:00pm. He then turned his back to me and continue to dust the bottles behind the bar. I'll take my $675 and go elsewhere. I'm happy I had this experience prior to spending any money because it probably would have been worse had I was to go in on the weekend with my patrons.NO CUSTOMER SERVICEDID NOT FEEL WELCOME fix up your ting"

my 12 friends and I went here and it was a remarkable experience. I saw many reviews talking about unexpected added prices and was intimidated at first. though, I had no hidden fees whatsoever added and as a matter of fact got a discount here without asking. great place!

By far the worse! it takes a lot for me to write a review- the staff is absolutely so rude, unappreciative to say the least, and just the most unwelcoming- spent over $500 last night for our team, terrible in every way- and it so happen when it was time to pay, they said the owner only accepts cash, TRUST US, DO NOT GO WASTE YOUR TIME THERE.
