Atek Water Systems

From phone call to installation Atek was quick to come out and assess our water system within days, back with a quote within 48 hours and installation the next week. Very impressed with customer service and management of time.

Today is 342 days and counting, Atek has disrupted my water system. Wilf and Marshall have zero customer service ability. Poor customer service, and virtually zero communication with customers and techs working with , 342 days and counting to correct my system is ridiculous and unreasonable.Lack empathy, brushed off, too busy to let you know what is happening with my equipmentNo customer service.When I did get to chat with company representative, very unhelpful and did not care how long I have been without a system, just kept trying to sell me reverse osmosis. Atek should try to fix my other system before attempting to sell another.Look elsewhere, wouldn’t recommend even to an enemy.

Not sure about their services, but hope they don’t work the way they drive. The Atek Water truck was speeding on the yellow head and tailgating aggressively, even while the rest of the traffic was slowing down as their was a photo radar car on the bridge by the Yellowhead-Henday exit.

I've had a good experience dealing with these guys. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for water treatment.

Alan at Atek worked with me very professionally. I got quotes from multiple different water companies and Alan quoted me under $2,000 for superior equipment compared to the competitors and they wanted $5-$10k.They came to my house and did an extensive on site test and then compared those to the Alberta lab results in order to guarantee they are providing me with the right equipment. Alan wasn't pushy to sell and was the most knowledgable out of all the companies. He not only made recommendations but educated me about my water and what to look for. He also gave me useful websites for research that are not associated with a company and are strictly research based and facts.I plumbed the filter in myself and Alan gave me some pointers when they work with the equipment. Just installed it all today and am excited to see the results.Overall they went above and beyond what other companies did and also in a friendly non pressured way. I would absolutely recommend Atek for any water needs, they have earned a lifetime customer.
