Decent selection of cheap stuff at this dollar store. Staff were friendly. Prices tend to be multiple dollars nowadays (~$4), with the lowest being $1.25. Major downside is that the store has a policy of no returns and no refunds, which makes me less likely to shop there. Local Dollar Tree stores are superior.

I would say good experience. Just to let you know, there is no return policy of any any item after purchase, even if you’re inside the store. I suffered this painful experience. The cashier was so rude and disrespectful. Luckily, the Manager was kind. I explained to her, that I changed my mind, and I want to replace this item and have never left the store. Manager said unfortunately there’s no return policy, but this time she will return it for me. Thanks again for this kindness and teaching me a lesson to stick with your purchase list. There is no mercy next time to return any merchandise.

This dollarama has easy access off Vedder Road. It's so nice to get in and out when you need to. Very clean and well stocked. Staff are always helpful and friendly. One parking lot I have yet to get door dings in.

I received great service when I couldn't find small elastics for a knitting loom. I'd seen them before here, so I looked isle by isle to no avail. When I asked two women for help (one may have been a manager), they politely asked me to wait until their task was finished and both helped me find them afterwards. I have always had great customer service here. The store is clean and orderly.

I went there for desiccant that was advertised on their website and discovered from the cashier there isn’t any in the store. Normally you can find almost anything there but this was an exception so I only knocked one star from my review.

Advertising false information. Said opens at 9 but when I got there at 9:15 the manager kicked me out. He had a bad attitude saying they didn’t open for another hour. He also got upset with one of the workers for opening the door too early, when really she was doing the right thing. Multiple others, not just me, were also turned around and kicked out of the store. Maybe they should fix their hours online. We have lives to and can’t have them disrupted because you aren’t ready to open yet.
