Moyo Spa is honestly the best. Everything from the decor to the lighting is perfect. Dawn is great and I highly recommend her.

I used to go there for past 4 years. Always enjoyed the atmosphere and service they provided.Went there last week on Thursday, they asked me if my benefits changed…i told them my husband was here yesterday and updated everything but i can go grab them from my car if you want?they said no it’s fine…we have them. Then i went to the room and was there for 45 minutes. As soon as i came out she started to process the insurance and payment. After 10 mins she said for some reason your insurance doesn’t cover it. And i offered if she wants my card. When i was about to go to my car, that lady jumped out of the chair and she said can you leave your purse or your phone here in a very rude way…. Very disrespectful…I shocked as they have my credit card in their system. At the end after 25 minutes waiting she wasn’t able to finish the process and i ended up paying portion. Couldn’t she work on it while i was in the room??? That was very disappointing and very awful customer service and will never go back again.

I’ve been going to see Viktoriya Ivanovo for an acupuncture for a few months now. She is AMAZING. I started going to help with my migraines which have significantly decreased since I started seeing her. I was skeptical about acupuncture when I started seeing her but was getting desperate to find a way to relieve my migraines (I was getting 3-4 bad migraines per week) without going on some serious medications. I’m now down to 1-2 minor ones and am hoping to get rid of them all together (believe me this is a huge improvement). She was also able to help me speed up the healing of a back injury I received at work. At the start of every appointment we have a quick chat and discuss what’s going on and what areas need some help she then is able to customize each treatment for me needs that day. She really has the ability to locate where your body needs the help and after every appointment I feel amazing. I recommend her to everyone.

This spa is so incredible and takes care of us. From the incredible pedicures to my son getting the most relaxing massages, it's definitely a place I highly recommend when someone asks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We keep coming back because the services provided are unbeatable

Great staff, experienced masseuse. Only reason not to give 5 stars is because my Canada life insurance card did not work for direct payment. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

Hector is awesome! went for a couples massage and both the therapists were very professional and also very attentive to certain injuries and sensitive spots. I would really recommend this place!

Very relaxing and zen atmosphere when you enter. Lovely front end staff. The rainbow sky light is a great addition to the spa rooms.I have been going here for a few years now with my partner. Larissa was my favorite masseuse. I was sad to see that she is no longer there. Cynthia is amazing as well! Both these ladies leave you feeling rejuvenated and amazing !I've noticed lately that the hours of availability in the evenings is not as late. We enjoy our massages in the evening before we relax for the night. The limited time slots have left us looking at other places.Overall, I really lovely spa, great staff and similar pricing to most places.

I took a friend for a dry brush signature package in January 2023. I found the staff and the service provided to be quite nice, however I found that the client areas are sorely lacking. Let me explain...Upon arrival you are directed to a lounge area to fill out your paperwork, which has a carafe of plain tap water as opposed to lemon, lime, orange or cucumber water, which would be pretty standard for most spas. I feel that if a client has a service that requires you to shower during or after, that an area for the clients to change, blow dry their hair, redo makeup, etc. is a must. We were directed to the client washroom instead. Given that the spa has space being used for storage, it is my opinion that it would be a great idea to use the space as a client area.

All the therapists are amazing. The spa is clean and inviting. Staff is super friendly and helpful and always accommodating.
