I was looking for my first bike early last year, and a friend introduced me to this place. He is a long-time experienced biker and evaluated that this shop is quite old and has reliable maintenance skills.So, I visited and found my Honda Shadow. They were selling nice used bikes at a fair market price. The reason I bought it was because the manager kindly explained about the bike and said that they had already done all the repairs and maintenance. And that was true. Just in case, I went to another shop for cross-checking and got an inspection, and they praised for being in very good condition. So far, the second season, it has been showing perfect performance, and only the engine oil has been changed. As I am gaining more and more riding experience now, I am planning to replace it with a larger one here. Strongly recommend the Destination Cycle.

Destination Cycles is a SHAM. I brought in my bike a few weeks back. I was told I needed a new back tire for my Harley Davidson. Three days later I was stranded for hours and over 100km away from my home with a back flat tire. I paid to have it towed to Destination. They said the new tube they put in had a rare defect. They claimed to have fixed it and again three days later I had another flat, leaving me stranded for hours, again! This time they said not to worry as they are putting in a Harley Davidson tube. I never had a problem since. Charging for Harley Davidson parts and then switching out using after market parts. During the first tow, Destination lost my fob. Weeks later they supplied with defective fob. It alarmed my bike but would unarm it. They said it would take 9 days to fix it cause they were busy. A tire is easy to fix when using the proper parts paid for. Moral and ethics of this business is not so easily fixed. It's worth paying more elsewhere.

We've been coming here for the last 3 years and I have nothing but good to say about these guys. They know their stuff, both in the sales and the repair departments. They charge fair prices - the Ural had to have some significant work done recently and the estimated cost was very accurate to the final cost. Staff are always friendly and willing to offer good advice.

Hubby and I have been customers since Destination opened. We have purchased and sold multiple bikes through them and have always been happy with the services they provide. They are always ready to help, carry lots of options for gear and parts and if they don't have what you need, they track it down if possible.If you're looking for a place to shop or service your bike Destination Cycles is the place to go.

Awesome guys here! Came up from Edmonton to check out a 2014 Yamaha Stryker that was on consignment there. Great guys to deal with. It's snowing out so I put down a deposit and coming back next weekend to bring 'er home and they had no problem holding her. They are giving me 15% accessories so I also ordered saddle bags, a new helmet, and a battery tender, and they will have the saddle bags installed and waiting when I come to pick it up next weekend. They were super easy to deal with through emails and in person and very friendly. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks Destination Cycles!

They sold my motorcycle. This is the 4th time they sold a motorcycle of mine.They did an excellent job and I highly recommend anybody consign a bike with them.They have a well stocked accessories shop as well. Great selection of boots, helmets and oils etc.A great place to do business in all aspects of motorcycles.

I highly recommend Destination Cycles. They have a very honest and reliable team! They sold my Honda Rebel within just a few days. Josh is a great professional and is very polite and easy to work with. This was undoubtedly the best experience I have ever had when selling a motorcycle or car. On the next day I dropped off my Honda Rebel, they already had professional pictures of it posted on their website. I was highly impressed with the level of efficiency and professionalism of the staff! They also have a store that sells helmets, gloves, jackets, and any other items related to motorcycling. Robert is another great member of the team and helps to make the store my highest recommendation. This is a 5-star team and store without a doubt!

These guys go above and beyond for their customers which is something extremely hard to find these days! They got me out of a jam and had my bike back up and running with an extremely fast turnaround time during their busiest season (thank you again!).
