If you needed to do a quick grocery run early on a Saturday morning, please AVOID this Burnaby store. They claim their opening time is 10am but there have been multiple instances of visiting them at 11am and they were still not open - which is especially frustrating and a waste of time and money for anyone coming from far away. You'd have to try calling and calling, and sometimes they don't pick up at all.Pros - you may find basic items that you want like garri, sardine and palm oil. And the cashier is friendly. Their head office in Surrey on the hand has terribly unhelpful staff.

Nice store. Love the Surrey location!The store at Burnaby is almost always closed . And when it’s open, it takes countless phone calls and knocks to get the Manager to open the front door.

So much Nigerian and West African goods!! I got a big bag of honey beans and some palm oil. The plantains looked perfect. I love Beauty for Ashes.

Reasonable prices, good quality but small. My only advise is that the place should be tidying up more
