Make sure to check your order before you leave, 1hr drive back is not worth for missing fries, and the pieces are so small and weird, and so expensive! Im not sure how could this be kfc, everything is so different.The 1 star is for the macaroni salad at least thats consistent!

I accidentally ordered at closing time and came in 20min later, and they were kind and accommodating, which is amazing because I know how annoying it is when a customer orders RIGHT AT CLOSING! To all employees working on August 11th I apologize, but thank you for your incredible service! It definitely didn't go unnoticed!

Went on my lunch break so ordered half an hour in advance. Was not made when I arrived. When it was finally done I find out after reaching work the order is incorrect. I went back, late for work at this point and just wanted a refund. Was told I have to call a number to get my money back. Basically forced me to wait for them to make the right order resulting in me being even later. To top it off nothing was done to make up for the slow and incompetent service. I will no longer being going to this location.

The person in charge was yelling at trainees and till person during a busy moment. I ordered a large gravy and was charged for it but apparently they don't sell large gravies anymore. I received 4 smalls which was fine with me but the manager wasn't happy with the till person. They might have 11 herbs and spices but they aren't using all of them any more the chicken and especially the gravy doesn't have the flavor it used to it's all bland now.

Fresh, accurate and well packaged for the drive home. One of the best kfc's I've been to. Very clean and friendly and accommodating.The young indigenous man that's cooking needs a raise probably the best KFC I've had in years they need to keep him he's a pretty amazing cook and has an awesome attitude.

I ordered on line 4 of the 4pc meals The chicken was under cooked ,they shorted all of my 4pc meals of 2 salad each as well as the drinks .. I had a friend pick it up n they wouldn't answer the phone or replace the missing items as in 8 salads 1 fries. 4 drinks .In all honesty I wouldn't recommend eating there.

I'm a die hard fan of KFC but was very disappointed tonight. Got shorted on our order. No fries with our combo.We where never given drink cups for our combos either. I overheard them discussing an online order due at 7:15pm at 7:07pm and the girl behind in the kitchen did an eye roll and when the gut came in on time she said it'd be another 15 mins. And they weren't even busym She was genuinely annoyed with his online order.

I was very disappointed with my meal tonight. The chicken was luke warm, and one piece wasn't cooked enough. The dining area needed a good cleaning!! A drink had been spilled on the floor at the front counter, no one bothered to clean it up.
