I came in today to pick up a burrito, I am very sad to see that there are no more little burritos, by the way. There are only two sizes left, which are way too big…. but when I came in to order my burrito, I had the pleasure of Valerie assisting me. she is very friendly and very polite to everyone I saw that came in. She was also taking orders, but also training a new staff member I noticed, as well as flipping the burritos and filling the toppings, while explaining procedures. This girl can definitely multitask and move your business forward. I did ask if she was a supervisor, and she informed me she is just a keyholder. Well, in my opinion, I believe she should be promoted to a supervisor with the outstanding customer service level she has. I am a manager at a pretty big company and would love to have her on my team. I just wanted to say, I believe she deserves a little more recognition for the experience she brings to the job. Thank you for the great experience. Valerie, I will be back because of you..

Absolutely delicious burritos. Much fresher and tastier than bigger chain burrito shops. It took a little bit longer to receive my burrito but that's because they grill it until toasty, on both sides! I tried the jerk chicken burrito and it was a good choice. Delicious! The hot salsa was very spicy as promised. As an added bonus, guac is at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Went here after receiving a gift card for the place. Ordered a sweet chili Thai chicken burrito and it was okay. The chicken is fried fresh (got breaded chicken) so it does take a while for the food to get ready. The rice was a little undercooked so it gave a chewy texture. I got a small burrito but they stuffed it with all the toppings—it was huge! Compared to other burrito places, it could use some more flavour and choice in sauces.

Ordered through uber eats and restaurant just doesn’t realize the importance of time. An order that showed 20-25mins never got delivered after waiting 1.5 hours. Yes i am not kidding. You guys dont even deserve one star

Horribe experience at this store today. I can not imagine how arrogant people can be. After tasting my bowl, I went back to the counter, and requested them to add souces since it was missed. I kept on saying that there is no sauce in the bowl, to which she kept on saying that it had been added and I need to pay extra if aditional souce is needed. I asked her to confirm with her colleague on which sauce was added, and she bluntly said burrito. When I asked to show me , she said she doesn't know and can't show me. If I need sauce, I need to pay extra. Meanwhile, another guy came from kitchen, put his spoon in my food , stirred it, and confirmed that their was no burrito sauce was added and he could add it on top. To this, I said that since my food was touched and I am standing here for past 5-10 minutes trying to convince them to add sauce, please replace my bowl with a new one. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, he said that I should have pointed it out during preparation of the bowl and it was my mistake. This request to replace the bowl was also bluntly denied. I was so disgusted that I left my bowl there, and left the restaurant without food.Never going back again!

Although they marked the order wrong, (the one with no hot sauce was actually the one WITH hot sauce and vice versa), the food was great!

This was by far the best burrito I've had yet. The food quality was excellent and the staff are friendly, helpful, and the establishment is clean. The price is really good for the quality. My picky 9 year old is really finicky with where she eats, but she loved this place just as much as I did as they make your burrito with whatever toppings you want to make the ultimate gourmet burrito. I would totally recommend this place!!

The quantity of the sauces and beans was just not enough! We had to ask them twice to add these in to which they said that there is a limit to how much they can add. And it wasn’t like we asked them to add crazy amount of stuff in it, we asked for at least two big spoonfuls of beans in a veggie bowl which they denied adding. Upon asking them for a refund and cancelling the order they asked us to visit them again the next day to speak with the owner and explain them our situation. The staff is not trained to handle cancellations and refund?!? Unbelievable.

This place is great. Food is good, service is good. It’s awesome, but they always seem to close early? Their closing time says 10pm but whenever my girlfriend and I come by food in the evening after I get off work, like 9:00-9:30pm, they’re always closed. I asked them why before and they said the owner told them to close down early or their POS system is down, but all the time? It’s getting kind of annoying.
