My son loves their Mac& cheese , thank you for your good service, it’s very helpful for me .my son eating fresh food during hot summer days at camp everyday. He’s very picky but he like kids kitchen food and I’m very happy with that.

Poor customer service. I spoke with them a few times about not getting the order or missing part of the order. They didn't hesitate to put the blame on me before they investigate into the matter. Getting through the phone is hard and they do not return call promptly. Anyway, the portion is too small for my grade 2 girl so at the end we just packed sandwich. A bit more work but saves a lot $$ at the end of the day. Oh, when you credit card is near expiration they call you everyday and leave a message, even though I already updated the info on the website.

Horrible food. Ordered from them for one week for school lunch. My son never ate more than 2 bites. I tried the left over. They are inedible.

Terrible quality! Paid extra for a slice of cheese and it’s processed cheese slice garbage. My daughter says the potions are very small. Won’t order anymore!

Horrible! Food poisoning alert!! My kid’s school has hot lunch program with this company. Today she brought her leftover potato from school home, and I tried it to see what she was eating at school. After a few bites, I noticed the bitter taste and burning sensation in my throat. I stopped eating and rinsed my mouth. Hours later, this bitter taste is still in my mouth!! Can’t believe this company is providing food to the kids! And luckily I found it out today and will never order any food from this company!

I called the kitchen and sent an email that my son is a vegetarian. Next day gave him chicken. I complained they said oversight.The food is labeled vegetarian. and sent him w chickenI'm at a loss.

my daughter absolutely loves the lunches here at kids kitchen. there very healthy and well prepared. Snacks are amazing. We have been with kids kitchen for over a year now and its been great!! Great Idea Great Lunch program one less lunch to worry about.

I ordered the food through phone because something wrong with their system. However, the lunch didn't show up in the camp and my kid came home with a empty stomach. Called in, they said that the order was not in the system. And they don't care. No apology, nothing! Terrible service!

All the negative reviews are accurate. The food is overpriced and doesn't include a side, you have to pay separately for a side. Not sure about the reviews of the food being microwaved and undercooked as I have not personally eaten it but my son seemed to like a few of the items, some he didn't like. This company also lacks customer service skills. They are not accommodating to different circumstances in regards to providing a credit for missed lunch. If you are fortunate to have a different lunch provider such as the Lunch Lady deliver to your school, consider yourself lucky! The Lunch Lady surpasses Kid's Kitchen in price, variety and customer service.

My children's school offers a variety of lunch catering services and we tried Kids Kitchen one year. If your child doesn't bring back leftovers you would not know what poor food quality is being served to them. Portions are also very small and most sides or condiments are not included. My child still talks about the sad hamburger" his friend ordered one year
