I am blown away by the results I have seen with the microneedling service Fatima has done. My face looks so much younger and brighter! Definitely would recommend any of her services!

Fatima, owner/operator of this place has absolutely no customer service skills and is RUDE. She charged me $100 because I rescheduled my PREPAID appointment 5 hours ago instead of 48 hours as per her rule. Additionally she made me skip a month before booking the next appointment as a punishment for the same issue!I bought the groupon coupon for one year prepaid service to be scheduled every 6 week. From my own experience and other reviews I realized this is their way of getting back the discounted money.She also said:1. Since covid business is struggling but then said lots of people are waiting for months to get her appointment.2. She said If I reschedule my appointment less then 48 hours ago, she looses money. How does she loose money for a prepaid appointment?I only said I understand and paid to avoid being INSULTED by her and decided to not go back for the rest of the paid services. The reason for canceling my appointment was my daughter was sent home with fever and vomiting from daycare. I mentioned this when i tried to reschedule. There is no way to predict this 48 hours ago.Regarding the IPL laser hair removal service I received, i am not happy with it either comparing the results from another place I have received services.

Fatima is a wonderful caring woman. She takes the time to provide you with the best service and guidance needed. I felt welcome from my first visit and never pushed into a service I didn’t want. Best prices and service. You won’t be disappointed. For those who have complained about paying a late fee, have some respect and show up on time. Her time is valuable!

Horrible experience. Please read reviews before going. Fatima has no customer service. She told me I owed her $50 for an appointment that I canceled with plenty of notice (well over 48hrs). I refused to pay she started SCREAMING at me. I explained to her that I canceled with plenty of notice and tried to have a professional conversation. She lost it on me and told me she is going to take away appointments that I PRE-PAID for. Please save yourself the time, energy and frustration. PS. I have never in my life written a bad review because I know the struggle people are going through with COVID. But nobody should yell at their costumers the way she does.

I had a lovely experience getting a photofacial. The lovely lady who conducted my treatment was exceedingly cheerful and sweet. She clearly loved her job and the environment.

I’ve done many treatments in this spa. These facials are amazing and they make my skin GLOW! I’ve always had terrible spotting until I came to this spa and my skin has never looked better. Highly recommend if you want to reach your skin care goals

They will show beautiful faces upon first appointment and after taking complete deposit of your treatment.They will take your credit card information and take additional charges if you cancel or reschedule your appointmebts and you will loose your entire deposit as well.Very rude people and customer service..

I had three facials done here. Before I had terrible discoloration and black heads all over. After Fatima had done the services (Oxygen facial and hydrofacials) my face is now super clean and even. I even brought a cream from her that reduced the amount of black heads that pop up. 100% recommend. Get it done here!!!!!!!
