Jul 7 Friday approx 800am, Nasci dump truck barreling down 6th Conc (westward) in LaSalle. I had stopped in my vehicle at the crosswalk for two young cyclists ready to cross. As the truck was approaching at a fast rate of speed i honked my horn to get him to stop. He just kept speeding by, looked at me and shrugged his shoulders with a smile. Luckily the two cyclists saw him coming and stayed on the side till he went by. From drivers attitude he obviously did not care about safety. Maybe Management might want to give its safety culture a check. Would hate to see how they treat health and safety on the job. Beware Lasallonians !
