We visit weekday evenings between 8-8:30 & They generally run out of regular pearl and brown sugar pearl toppings by the time we get there or while we’re in line.I fail to understand why they do not make enough knowing they don’t have enough to serve the customers.

Great service during Covid 19. Friendly staff. Love there brown sugar teas. You gotta try there Brown sugar boba cake.Entertaining from Lime Ridge Mall use door #4 at the back of the mall. That’s the only door open during lockdown.

Great location and friendly employee’s. lots of choices and options to modify. Served pretty quick. Some of the drinks dont come with NO ICE request which i dont understand. I dont want ice… just make it without it.

There must be new management at this store because they seem seriously understaffed and undertrained, and every time I get a drink (I get the same one every time) it's made differently or tastes bad. I used to come to the Limeridge location all the time when tearistas like Brandy, Kole, Priscilla, Eric and Emilson used to work there, but it's unfortunate the drinks at this location don't match up to par with other Chatimes anymore.

Been going here for a while but today was my last. I order online for quick pick up and have never had an issue until today.Typically, someone meets you at the counter, you give your name, they hand you your mobile order, you say thanks and go on about your day.Today, the two staff did everything possible to ignore me (visibly brown customer) at the pick up counter. It was not busy. Even after 5 minutes of waiting and there being literally no other customers left, staff avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge me waiting at the counter. I had to catch one of the staff moving away from the cash, she heard my name and handed me my drinks but still zero acknowledgment.Disappointing experience and we’ll avoid in future.

Extremely disappointed in the service. I took my daughter here today to get her a treat. She's diabetic. I asked if they had a a nutritional list so we know how much insulin to give. They said they didn't. Zero help after that. Not only was it embarrassing enough to sit in a line and explain why we nodded to know the amount carbs. They offered no help. In turn. We walked away without.

The first time I ordered thai milk tea from this location, they gave me a regular milk tea instead. The second time I ordered thai milk tea on another day, they gave me thai milk tea without the milk. That's not even an option to order on their website. The staff don't seem to be trained. I called the location and the staff gave me the manager's number to send a picture for proof but I am still waiting for a response.

Good service and very efficient as well. Only down side was that they didn't have the points system available knowing that they've been open for few months already. Lost 2 points towards my chatime rewards.
