They took extra time to make sure stains that had set in for a couple of years came out. Four years of spills and stains with going kids are all gone now. I have shown people before and after pictures and everyone is surprised by the amazing work.

Alex, the owner, made my car look like it just rolled out straight from the dealer but better. Absolutely perfect craftsmanship. I got a ceramic coat on my 2009 slk car and it looks flawless. Alex is very dedicated to his craft and it shows. Plus he's friendly and is very helpful in answering any questions and concerns you may have. I got my windows tinted at Washmaster Auto Spa and I would like to thank Alex and his team for providing an exceptional customer experience and a high quality result. My appointed commenced on time and the whole process took less time than anticipated. Alex explained in detail different shades of tint available and recommended an option that was aligned with my preferences. I am very happy with the result and the level of care and professionalism provided by Washmaster staff and owner. I will come here again and recommend it to my close friends and family.

Very poorly done. Exterior was terrible. For a detailer the key is detail detail detail what a waste of over $270I have read your review reply.The appointment was made with your staff and was told it would take 2 hours. I never demanded my vehicle and when showed up patiently waited for your staff to come back from a lunch break. It is easy to say we require more time and more time would be granted. It took me an extra 1.5 hours re doing my vehicle and again it’s details. I stick by my review and the star rating they wouldn’t allow a no star review. Your business charged $270 for a job that my child could achieve a higher standard.

BEST CERAMIC COATING IN BARRIE! Had My brand new HRV ceramic coated with the IGL 5 year Kenzo coating and my car looks crazy good (even better than new) It made the paint so shiny and they did all the black trim too so it looks extra black. I haven't washed it in 2 weeks and it still looks great.Thankyou Washmaster!

I got the complete rejuvenation package for my 2018 Tiguan and I am VERY pleased with how it turned out. It took almost exactly the time they predicted it would (3.5 hours) and they took so much care with my car from cleaning the outside to the inside. They even conditioned my leather seats free of charge for being a first time customer.100% this is the only place I’m getting my car detailed from now onAlso bonus points because one of the guys cleaning my car knew the meaning of my licence plate right away (talking to you Dave!).If you’re considering going here, definitely do it.Update: as I predicted this is the only place I’ve been getting my car washed since originally posting this review. Awesome staff in there. They are very hardworking, and if you aren’t satisfied with the job they will make it right and fix everything for you.
